The customer service from George in the new Land RoverJaguar premises in Llansamlet Swansea was second to none. From beginning to end the experience was smooth. George kept me up to date every step of the way. The icing on the cake was how he presented the car to me, I was overwhelmed and George made me feel so important and valued.

Outstanding levels of professionalism, overall a great experience.
The team at Sinclair Jaguar Land Rover in Swansea demonstrated a professionalism that I have not encountered at any other garage, and I purchased my previous car from Sinclair Mercedes. I felt that the support and customer service provided by Jozef, Amy and the team was exceptional. There was no hard sell, and as a psychologist, I appreciated that (had I received this approach to selling, I would have walked away immediately). The environment of the showroom itself and the relaxed ambiance made the experience an outstanding one. I cannot praise the experience and treatment I received enough! I now have my beautiful Jaguar E Pace and felt very special during the process. I would highly recommend this garage. It is this kind of service that will make sure that I return. Painless. Everything explained. Everything done promptly - Although didn't receive a manual and didn't have a formal handover as I purchased online and the car was delivered to remote location. Still finding functions on the car I hadn't even realised existed.

Service & support way, way above the industry norm
The Swansea Jaguar dealership exceeded all expectations in working to find me a new F Pace P250 petrol version when none was available anywhere. The courtesy and willingness to go the extra 10 miles is something I have never experienced the likes of in all my car-buying history of over 17 cars. I can't commend them highly enough and would wholeheartedly endorse and recommend them.

From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom, to the time we left in our new car, the whole experience was met with ease, professionalism and hassle free.

Poor service from beginning to end
Poor service from beginning to end. The staff are unprofessional and have little to no skills in their job roles including managerial level.
I would never buy a car from Jaguar Landrover again and neither would I recommend the Swansea branch to anyone looking to buy a luxury car. There is nothing luxury about the service they provide.
If I could rate my experience lower than one star I would buy this isn’t possible on this survey.

We bought our first jaguar from Paul back in 2021 and he was very approachable and accommodating, went above and beyond to get us what we wanted so we wanted to return to upgrade our vehicle with Paul.
Paul was never pushy or coaxing us into something, he always gave us options to decide for ourselves. His approach was humble and he’s very well mannered. Very pleased and will be back next time when we are due an upgrade. Pleasure doing business with Paul.

Customer service from Oliver was excellent, from test drive through to change over.
All matters were dealt with efficiently, tax disc, cherished plate transfer from one car to the other.
I provided all documents requested the rest was processed for me. It was a positive experience, I was not pressurised, and was given plenty of options e.g. bodywork colour , interior colour etc. the car was gleaming when I collected it. Oliver guided me through the technology and was extremely patient. I also received a follow up call to enquire if all was OK.
Thank you for making the purchase of my new car as stress free as possible.
