We recently bought a car from Bridgend in Kilmarnock. We had the pleasure of having Craig, the sales manager starting and completing our sale. He’s a credit to the branch and made our experience one of the best we have ever received. He couldn’t have done more for us. Terrible service! sold me a faulty car had it few weeks and engine was over heating they kept telling me it was fine after going back and forward finally they admitted that the head gasket had blown and car needed full new engine!! Knowing that I had kids in the car and the machanic telling me it was fine to drive. The customer service was terrible after this they wouldn’t provide me with courtesy car so I had to go 3 weeks without car to find out they hadn’t even fixed the problem and my only other option was to swap the car even though I told them I didn’t want to buy another car from bridgened! I wouldn’t recommend them they all nice to you when buying the car until something goes wrong they want nothing to do with you and try to Pam you off. Terrible!! The service I had was between Kilmarnock and kilwinning branch.

I bought a van from Bridgend about a month ago .
The whole process from start to finish was very simple and easy .
