The aerial is missing from the car, this was noted when picked up for the first time and in a subsequent email since.

First of all I have not received my v5 form so can only imagine your company hasn’t done paperwork for dvla. Not much communication during the whole process. Was given two keys to which one was broken and only opens by the key itself The van itself is fine but customer service not good.
