Went in to look for a potential new Skoda car and left with a new Citroën car instead,
Staff were friendly and accommodating when asking questions about certain aspects and opinions for best suited car for what I wanted it for.
They offered umbrellas for us as it began raining during the visit.
The sales lad Jordan that ended up assisting me with the purchase was extremely helpful and even insisted on test driving the two cars in the end that I was unable to decide between allowing me to see what one was more my feel for driving, I was apprehensive of test driving as I'm a bit of a worrie and only like driving my own cars but im glad he insisted on the test drive as one of the cars I was looking at when I entered and drove I was able to know it definitely wasnt the car for me.
Ive had the car 2weeks now and i am really enjoying my new car and hope this one lives up to the same expectations as my last car that was purchased from Bridgend 8.5 years ago.
Only thing that has let the rating down was the cleanliness of the car upon picking the car up after it had been to get cleaned prior to collection and there was dirty inside and scratches on the leather seats that weren't there the day before when I had a look at the car. Also wheel bolt cap covers where missing for one of the tyres.
But over all happy with the process and would recommend having a look if your after a new car.

Initially spoke to Craig on the phone and followed up with a visit to see the car. The car was ready to drive away the same day and Craig was extremely helpful and had all the paperwork ready. This was the most straight forward purchase I have ever made with no pressure whatsoever and a very good trade in value given. Would definitely recommend this Company to friends.

Not very Happy with the conduct of the service department manager. I've been a constant customer for 8 or more years without an issue. I returned my vehicle as it would have failed the MOT on front Passenger wheel bearing, This was changed the previous year by their service department because of MOT failure. Because there was new parts put on in July 2025, bearing in mind MOT was August 2025, they deam the car has been involved recently in an accident due to the condition of parts on vehicle. Will not replace wheel bearing under warranty. Basically between going backwards and forwards with Manager, he has refused to do any work on vehicle. Very disappointed. Lost faith now

I bought a three year old Vauxhall Grandland from Bridgend in Kilmarnock and am fairly pleased with the car,however a few things left a bit of a bad taste.
I was promised all the things that were missing would be replaced, ie the inflation kit out of the boot and the car mats. On the day I picked the car up i found a £2 foam aerosol in the boot instead of the inflation kit and no mats. The salesman promised they would be delivered to my local garage and he would phone me to pick them up. Needless to say a month later they haven't appeared.
The main reason however for the poor review is I was promised a tank of fuel. The salesman actually drove to the petrol station to fill it while I was waiting.
When I got in the car to drive the 12 miles home the dashboard screen had been changed so the petrol guage wasnt ahowing and not knowing how to change it I didn't realise the car was less than three quarters full until I got home. The guage had been showing when I test drove the car a few days earlier. I filled the car after driving the 12 miles from the garage and it took £25. Its a pretty poor show after spending £15000 on a car and i wouldn't buy from them again.

Salesman Andy Watson is a credit to your sales team no pressure and made the sale very smooth ,I will say though preparation of my new vehicle when I went to pick it up wasn’t the best .

Brilliant friendly and professional service. All work that was asked by finance company to be done on car was done they even did the timing belt too. Jordan our sales rep was fantastic at keeping us up to date and didn’t even mind when I kept messaging him constantly as I was nervous as last car I bought from another dealership broke down within two weeks. He was so patient and understanding. Jordan even picked us up from train station when went to pick car up. Even when I phoned to say oil light was coming on intermittently and I had it checked and was told it was over filled Kevin in sales was no problem bring it in and we will get it sorted brilliant

Delt with jordan hendry recently when buying a corsa. What a fantastic salesman. Gave us time to look round and wasnt pushy. He kept us updated when car would be ready and answered all our questions immediately. Jordan was always open and honest with his opinion so we always felt at ease. Made buying a new car a lot easier and stress free

On arrival was met by member of sales staff named Jordan, who was not pushy in any way and left us to look at the cars on display on our own, which is what we like to do.
When we had decided on the car that we wished to purchase, Jordan was very helpful and polite in completing the relevant paperwork required and the timeline for picking up the car was adhered to exactly.
In conclusion, we could not fault the staff manner or the service received and would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgend Motors to family and friends and we will return to this company for any future car purchases.
