The staff at Bright Care are helpful, polite, efficient and well trained. My parents know most of the carers that come round now, with the exception of occasional holiday cover. Their background admin are equally helpful and flexible.

My mother really enjoys her visits from the brightcare lady, she is very attentive and caring. Some days she will take mum out and its good to know she is in such good hands. I would recommend Brightcare to others.

An excellent service, reliable. Trustworthy more than just a care service

Since the implementation of Bright Care my elderly Mum is enjoying life more. Her care person has been baking, making meals and generally brightening her week. We are looking to increase the number of hours/days that we use the service. My life has become easier because I have complete trust in our new carer.

We have been very appreciative of the carer's efforts - her visits are clearly a highlight each week for our father. He looks forward to the Friday outings, and without fail, reports back enthusiastically on the visit and shared conversation. He feels very comfortable with the carer who is not only simply good company, but also attentive to his well-being on any given day. She noticed, and brought to our attention, when he had been unwell on one day a month and a half ago and has also commented favorably on how Dad seems has settled into his new surroundings and routines and is consequently more relaxed and at ease. We are sure that the regular, weekly opportunity to get out and about and the carer's patience, tact and positive, supportive attitude are important elements contributing to our father's general sense of well-being. We have also appreciated the regular, updates and prompt responses to our questions.

Bright Care have been very supportive and professional helping with the care of an elderly friend over the years. Consistency of support is really important and Bright Care have never failed to assist.
They have also been superb at covering my respite breaks which I have been able to enjoy as I know that everything at home is being professionally handled and in the way that I want and need it done.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bright Care to anyone.
