Nasty cheap pump, worth less than a few cents. Broke on attempting to pump the first ball. Chasing refund out of principle for 4 months now. Keep getting told its coming. Balls certainly dont reflect as marketed even with light shone on. Need a certain angle or something. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Misleading advertising as to what the balls actually do. Disappointing product. Made in China. To get a refund, you need to ship back to China within 30 days, which is cost prohibitive so wasted money in the end.

We bought a basketball for our 12 year old for Christmas and have needed to inflate it 4 times since purchase as the ball doesn’t stay inflated despite our attempts. We have inflated multiple footballs and rugby balls over the years bought ‘flat pack’ so the problem does not lie with us.

Having written to ask for help/support/refund/replacement we have been a) offered 10% refund (as if!) b) multiple requests to film the ball and submit proof of the defect.

Having done this, they questioned our doubt and are inferring that we do not know how to inflate a ball correctly.

As a customer service experience it has been awful. We now have no offer of replacement and no refund. Our son is left without his Christmas present.

This item is fraud and provides misrepresentation of the product. Nowhere does it state or show you need a flashlight or a very bright light directly on the productfor this product to work as you show in your online appearances.

Item not delivered and when asked for refund offered 10% of what i paid. Don't use awful company and very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

Don’t waste your money.. ordered 2 rugby balls for my sons
Firstly they did arrive promptly but disappointed they were just defeated in bags ( no fancy boxes as advertised on social media platforms)
Colour dull.
Once inflated there miss shaped, stitching coming apart. Basically cheaply designed product for a ridiculous amount of money.

Not all as it seems, Company is based in the usual country so it's not easy to resolve problems. Needing to return a miss-shaped football and one other as mistakenly ordered duplicate order, I requested help as soon as I realised extra unwanted order went through But I was informed that as it was already paid I needed to wait till it's arrival to then request assistance to return. Now I realise that was a stalling tactic, As Im aware that it's been made very difficult and costly process. So Im left with two unwanted footballs and one faulty ball. TRUE DATE OF EXPERIENCE; runs from purchase in November to-date.

Refund or replacement policy is terrible. Purchased a football during sales as Christmas gift, unable to blow the ball up on Christmas Day and told not willing to assist as purchase was greater than 30 days. Would never recommend these balls!

The balls do not light up. They appear illuminated in a photo or video. They don’t always appear illuminated. I bought a bundle and one of the balls didn’t hold air. They offer a 10% refund. Buy a ball at your sports store. These are disappointing.

Company advertises a 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee. I requested a refund within that period and was denied. Customer service stopped responding. I would not recommend based on false refund claims. In addition, the product claims it’s an NFL size football and it is not.

I would not generally write a bad review but I have never been so disappointed in an item than I have with this ball. It doesn’t light up even using a flash. The pump I purchased was broke so we had to quickly go out and buy another pump. I had purchased them for our grandsons as I know they would have loved a light up football each, total waste of money.

The ball has almost 0 colour in it.
It is basically black

Absolute rip-off

Absolute scam! I bought 2 basket balls and one AFL football. As everyone else has stated, the balls arrived deflated, in plastic bags and a miserable black colour, not the brightly coloured, inflated, boxed balls that their advertising depicts.
The AFL ball would not inflate and after numerous emails back and forth, I was finally asked to provide video evidence of the faulty ball by submerging it in water to see if and where the air was escaping. I did as requested and eventually received acknowledgement from the 'infamous' John, that it was indeed a manufacturing fault. When asked whether l would like a refund or replacement, l made the mistake of accepting a replacement.
Time went by and no replacement ball arrived. I might also add that the recipient's birthday had also passed without a present from his mortified grandmother! When l eventually received the reply from John at BRIGHT Sport, l was informed that l was outside of their 30 day complaint window!!!
They said they never received the email and accompanying video evidence of the faulty ball.
By now l'd had enough! I resent the email with video and said l wanted a full refund, and l waited and waited.
I have now been advised that BRIGHT Sport have raised another order and are going to send the AFL ball. I emailed immediately telling them l don't want it, l want my money back! I received 3 emails today, all from John, saying they cannot undo the order and the ball was coming.
This company is completely unethical. They have been a nightmare to deal with from the beginning and l would very strongly advise that under no circumstances should you deal with them.

After watching the advertisment for the BRIGHT soccer ball as its beimg kicked around and shining very brightly i knew my 7yr old son would absolutely love to have one for xmas.. Over $70 later after postage, I was beyond disappointed to open the package to see a very dark, near black ball with some colour and thought maybe its to be put under light or something in order for it to illuminate but i was very wrong. I feel like ive been totally ripped off because it is nothing like the ad and now im feeling like an idiot for not checking the reviews first before purchasing. This company needs to be 100% transparent about the actual ball and its actual colour. Very unhappy customer

Do not order from this company they are scammers I am now contacting my bank for two weeks saying order is being prepared sounds like the same company as JOGA

Still waiting for the product and have contacted via their support@ email address but, as yet, to no reply o following through with a hugely negative review. Scammed into paying £4.99 extra for a bag and card which I DID NOT WANT. Avoid at all costs ... Will be returning when this product arrives.

So disappointed paid £43 for this “light up” ball which only shows BRIGHT when using a flash!!!! How are they getting away with this?????

Do not waste your money this company is an absolute disgrace

The return policy is 30 days. I bought on black Friday sale. Gave to my daughter for Christmas, tried pumping up and it deflated within seconds due to a hole in a stitch line. Took a video, sent in for a refund or replacement. Recieved a reply with an offer to replace and I accepted. I sent my accepted email but they apparently never recieved my reply. So as time went on I assumed the new ball was on the way. So when I reached out again it had been some time because im a single parent working full time, activities ect., I forwarded the email I sent accepting the replacement offer that was successfully received according to my email. But because my accepted email response was outside the 30 day return window, they declined to send a replacement or refund my order! I sent the request and video of the deflating ball for refund/replacement before the 30 day window but that didn't matter. What a waste of my money and how disappointing for my daughter, whom didnt even get a single kick out of it.

Don’t touch them. Dishonest and a total ripoff.

SCAM. Charge you 14.99 for express delivery, which says 2-4 days yet the product is sent from China. It took about two weeks to arrive in the end.

THE BALL IS NOT A GLOW IN THE DARK BALL. IT ONLY LIGHTS UP WHEN A STRONG FLASHLIGHT IS AIMED AT IT. OTHERWISE, THE BALL IS BASICALLY JUST BLACK.

In the adverts online, it shows it as arriving inflated, in a nice box. it actually arrived deflated, in a plastic packet. The customer support are extremely unhelpful, despite the 14.99 charge for express delivery, they replied saying this is not a delivery timeframe, but a timeframe for them to disparch to a courier.. from china.

Contact your bank and they will perform a chargeback and you will get a refund.

The store uses shopify. You can report them directly to shopify as fraudelent by googling "shopify report store"
