This is a Chinese company masquerading as a local company (depending on which market you are in).

Shipping is delayed and way over the time scales promised (and paid for).

They present an image that the product will be nicely packaged... it is not. It comes in a clear plastic blag.

They say customer service will respond within 24 hours (they never do).

Returns are apparently at the cost of the customer, even though this is not listed anywhere on the website.

In addition, returning the item could cost you up to 30% of the original cost, without a guarantee they will accept the return.

Avoid.

Rubbish customer service.

Have not delivered my order, not replying to emails. So hard to get answers.

Dont believe the 5 star reviews either there not trustworty, save your money and spend it on something useful instead!!!

Soooo disappointed- $10 for gift xmas wrapping and a card (to have it not even in the advertised box pre pumped) a flat ball - that is black - with a useless handpump and the $10 paper we placed next to the item - it was a joke. I would have far preferred to give $10 to the wrapper at a store for the children's hospital
... plus received item a week after Xmas! Not a good business model - i literally would have forgiven most of the issues if you'd actually "gift wrapped" - i couldn't believe the audacity to charge $10 for 20 cents of paper and a cheap paper card - not even wrapped!?

I received a faulty rugby ball, and despite reaching out to Bright, they refused to refund or replace it. The customer service was disappointing and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a complete scam. Don't buy it or even consider buying it. It's a total gimmick that only works if you're filming it with a flash on. Otherwise it's completely useless. I've been attempting to return the products and get a refund. I've been emailing for about 2 weeks now and it feels like they are stalling me or trying to make it as difficult as possible to return the products.

If I could give no stars I would. Still not received my order (ordered early December) and customer services are useless they go round in circles instead of just getting to the point. I’ve asked for a refund as they are now trying to tell me I have to pay shipping again when my order was returned to them for not being labelled correctly! Worst company I’ve dealt with!

I purchased this football in enough time to receive it for a christmas gift for my grandson, needless to say, it arrived 7 days after Christmas, I was so upset. My grandson still hasn't seen it because we live over an hour away from one another. I was super excited when I purchased the football and saw the video on the website. After receiving the football and pumping it up, I was so disappointed at the appearance and how slick the surface was. I opened it in front of four adults and none of us could grasps the ball and throw it without it slipping out of our hand. Yes it looks great on video, however your website is very misguilding, making one believe the football has the bright appearance at all times. I am very Disappointed and I haven't even given it to my grandson yet.

If I could rate zero, I would. Ordered so long ago and still have not received. This is China crap. Company does not respond to emails. I requested my order be cancelled and they have ignored me continuously. Total false advertising.

Nothing like advertised ! It’s a dark grey ball- it only glows if you take a picture of it with a flash. Can’t play in the dark, so disappointing!!!

Do not use this company. I ordered the football as a Christmas present on 1st December. On 2nd December I received an email to say my order had been despatched. Excellent. Then it went downhill. On 23rd December I had still not received my order. I went to the tracking link and apparently the delivery was unsuccessful. There were no emails or texts to advise of delivery times as you typically receive from other couriers and there was no card to advise of missed delivery and what to do next. I have no way of contacting the courier to try and rearrange the delivery and Brightsport has only replied to one of my emails saying my order is despatched and here is the tracking link, not very helpful. They have not responded to any of my subsequent 11 emails to their customer support or via the ‘contact us’ facility on their website. Shockingly poor customer service. It is now 2nd January, they have my money and I have no football. Essentially they are a fraudulent company that steal your money. I would not recommend this company and am looking at how to report them as it seems I am not alone in this experience.

Firstly this is Chinese crap - it took 3 weeks to arrive late for Christmas and when it did, it is NOTHING like the advert. I shined a 40,000 lumens light directly onto it in the dark and it doesn't glow or shine or become bright or anything. It remains dog-shit grey. Companies like this should be closed down - they won't give me a return address therefore I'm reversing the charge with Mastercard.

SCAM. ONLY GLOWS WHEN FILMED/VIDEO'D. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/TRICKERY. DON'T WASTE MONEY!! Grandson's disappointed...

SCAM! First of all the ball doesn't glow, it's simply falsly advertised. Together with the soccer ball i also bought a Christmas bag which i never received.
Worst of all is the customer support. Once i shared that i wanted to return the ball (+10 emails, messages on IG, website, etc.), they never provided the return procedure because it simply doesn't exist. The company is not located in EU, but in China where they ship from. Basically THERE IS NO RETURN PROCEDURE and ZERO CHANCE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT! Ball is worth probably 5€ DO NOT BUY IT!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!!! Completely portrayed as a ‘glow up’ ball!!! But NO it’s black!!! Who wants to see it glow only on a video!?!? Also ordered this in plenty of time for Christmas but took over a month to be delivered so Christmas missed! Come deflated in a squashed plastic bag! Not in lovely box like the advert shows! Terrible customer service. Do not waste your money!

Awful! Total waste of money. Ordered this for my son for Christmas pumped it up today and it’s burst!

Do NOT buy from this company!!! I ordered on Dec 2 and it's Dec 27 and still have not received!

Took nearly a month to arrive despite 3-5 day delivery advertised on the website. Purchased as a birthday present but it took so long to come I had to purchase something else & give this as a Christmas present instead. Came deflated, the valve sticks out proud of the ball once inflated. The graphics are patchy & it’s not of good quality at all for the money.
Most annoying was no response to any emails & the tracking was extremely hard to navigate & takes you to website which no doubt will use my data for other purposes. Wouldn’t recommend this item at all.
Edit - reply to Bright sport. I questioned the quality of the ball, I completely understood that the ball is only reflective under a flash so not sure why you’ve mentioned it as I didn’t bring that up. I didn’t have an issue with the ball coming deflated, but it obviously hadn’t been previously inflated by yourselves or you would have seen the value stuck out proud! The graphics on the ball are patchy which is nothing to do with it being reflective. As for the delivery time, a month is a huge difference to the 3-5 days stated. Probably because they come from china which isn’t mentioned on the website. No point reaching out to you as you didn’t reply to the emails I sent regarding the whereabouts of the ball in the first place. I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased, this ball is purely a bad quality gimmick & not worth anywhere near the £31paid.
