SCAM

SCAM - The ball only reflects with a camera light. WHAT?!? It's awful and the fee to return it to the NETHERLANDS is SOOOO EXPENSIVE. Plus the return process is like pulling teeth. Endless back and forth emails and offers to 'LOWER THE PRICE IF I KEEP THE PRODUCT'. When I finally got the return address it was almost at the 30 day mark and the window was nearly closed. I disputed it with my credit card and the credit card denied the dispute after the company responded to them. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete sham

This company is a complete sham. In all my years of online shopping I don’t think I’ve come across another company so hellbent not processing a return for a product that is deceptively marketed. The balls are black and only appear colourful on film. You CAN NOT return them even through they prompt a money back guarantee. They lie, ignore and obstruct every attempt at returning the product. Read all the reviews and do NOT give them your money.

The customer service is horrible

The customer service is horrible. It takes day for them to respond and when they do, they answer questions you didn't ask. You want to return, they will not answer. Do not buy this product. GARBAGE!

Worst customer service and looks scam…

Worst customer service and looks scam company. Recently Buyed Fitman cycle within two weeks got defects and they said replace with new one but I request refund chasing last two months no response and no replacement of new machine!!! I’m trying to call their office in Abudhabi and she not providing proper details and hang up call and it’s seems to scam company.

SCAM COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY!

Ball fasly advertised. It only look like the photos through your camera with a bright light shining on it. Otherwise it's just a black ball. Very disappointing.

It took a VERY long time to arrive and when it did I knew straight away I had made a mistake.

1 of the two balls I purchased - the rugby ball didn't inflate. There is also no grip on the ball. The logo was also peeling off. Even the football that does inflate is awful.

Customer service is the worst I have experienced. Weeks between emails and refusing to refund.

Was asked on multiple occasions for proof it didn't inflate and had to send this on repeat as they didn't open videos.

I could not advise against buying from this company any more.

Don't do it!

No customer service. Hit and miss if product arrivesbought the bright ball and didn't…

I bought the bright ball and didn't have a problem with delivery and quality. I ordered x2 pair holgraphic glasses and now ,nearly 10 weeks later, they still have not arrived!!
Ive sent 2 emails requesting an ETA or refund but no reply to any. I'd stay clear of this company. Very frustrated with the customer service ( or infact lack of customer service )

Faulty and terrible customer service. Scam company

Delivered a ball that wouldn't even inflate. After multiple emails back and forth, requesting photos, videos, more videos with the ball underwater, after 4 weeks still no sign of a refund.

Such a low quality scam company!
Terrible service. Dont even know if it would have worked, the air came out so fast that I couldn't even get it to go into a round shape!

Expensive mistake, hassle, hassle, ruined Christmas gift.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! It took 5 weeks to get here, I ordered the beginning of December and it showed up the second week of January. They would not cancel my order. The only way to get my money back is to send it to the Netherlands from Canada and I have to cover the import fees as well. They are black balls and the only way they look reflective is on your phone with the flash on, huge disappointment.

THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. RUBBISH PRODUCT. STAY AWAY

DO NOT buy from this company. Word of warning even these positive reviews are fake on this website. A number of them are the same but with slightly different wording.
The ball came late, was poorly packaged, it's just a ridiculously poor product. Also the returns is in China which will cost us £60 to return!! DO NOT BUY PLEASE!!

THE BALL ONLY GLOWS IF YOU LOOK AT IT THROUGH YOUR PHONE WITH YOUR FLASH ON, OTHERWISE ITS JUST A BLACK BALL!

Minus zero stars. It doesn’t glow at all. Took pictures with the flash and no glow at all. It’s also have and no grip at all. Poor product. So far I ordered from two different makers, one wouldn’t hold air and this one won’t glow. So sad and my sons were so excited to get it. Major let down. Buyer beware!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD……AVOID!!

The only thing worse than the product itself is the useless customer service! I bought 2 items during Black Friday when it was bogof, the items arrived and I immediately noticed the material was extremely thick and heavy for a rugby ball, I then noticed the writing on one had started to come off so I tried to start a return-it’s like pulling teeth!! Firstly they said as the ball was still usable that they could only offer a 20% refund which after a lot of arguing over email they upped to 25% and offered to let me keep the product, this was a week ago and since then they have ignored all emails! On the “BRIGHT” side they did say I could have a 100% refund…..IF I returned it to the Netherlands at my own cost!! Avoid this company at all all costs unless you want to be severely disappointed
P.S the useless piece of shit doesn’t even light up unless you are taking a video or picture with your flash on🙄

ZERO STARS! DO NOT BUY!

Absolute rubbish. I bought 2 balls. One was perfect. The other started to deflate within minutes of my pumping it up. I’ve been back and forth with them via email since early December. When I originally emailed they told me the balls needed to be inflated 😡 so they hadn’t read my email properly. Now we’re back and forth coz they keep wanting me to video myself performing tests to prove the ball is faulty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Update: it’s interesting that you reply to say you want to help me with a resolution, yet you’ve ignored the last 3 emails I’ve sent. Rubbish customer service!!!

Absolutely fraud!!! Super cheap Volleyball and Basketball. Not even bouncing! And doesn't light up at all!!!
Then I was going to return those and they make it as hard as possible and offer you some dollar refund if you just keep it.

Do not buy this product

If I could give negative zero starts I would. I’m writing this review so people stop buying this product. This is a scam. I ordered a ball and received a black deflated ball with poor quality stitching. The ball is heavy as a rock and does not meet the requirements of others.
Contacted customer service for a refund and their promised money back guarantee is not a full amount. They will only refund 15% of the price. Do not waste your time buying this product

Scam company

Scam company, do not buy , second time writing a review cause im frustrated and feel this company have no respect for their customers, sent the ball back after they were trying to avoid me sending it back , stuck to all the information given from them after waiting forever for a email for return info , got told to fill a form out and return to neverlands and pay for postage which I did and now it's pending in the neverlands customs which I feel the company are not paying to realise the item for it to come to them , which then they are trying to re start my payments with kalarna saying I've not sent it back or invalid retun which its not I have proof or tracking of were this parcel is and I paid to send it back. Kalarna are trying to resolve the issue but this company is just trying to get money for something I do not have anymore it's fraud and discussing. Also had a email saying they have evidence or proof of if kalarna needs to look into this but proof of what , proof of the truth of sending it correctly to you or proof of u not paying to get the item back from customs at the airport in neverlands and trying to steel money of me. Stop treating ppl like this and shut down your business!!!!! Cause I have proof of sending and paying for the item , proof of the email u saying to send it to a address and instructions and I did what your company said to return. My last bad review u replied saying you would honour the 30 day back money you have not , you also have not made this smooth to send back you are lyers , scammers , FRAUD !!!!

This “company” if we can call it that…

This “company” if we can call it that is a fraud, Shipping and oil way longer than promised placed my order on the 9th of December and received it till the 31st
And mind you you have to pay for shipping.
Returns is at your own cost too, even though this is not listed anywhere on the website.
Here is the email respond I got from them, and mind you they shipment came from Chicago IL

“If you're still set on returning everything and we can't change your mind, no worries. I've attached the returns form for you – just fill it out and include it on the package. The return address and all the important details about our return policy are right there in the form.

For all international return shipments, please make sure to pay for the customs taxes and fees, as we are not liable for them. Note that if these duties are not paid, it may result in having the parcel returned back to you.”
