Great experience these last 6-years renting three apartments out with BRL without a gap of more than a couple of days between tenancies. Always strong communication from a smart, proactive and well-informed team. Reassuring that routine property management functions are done really well. 100% satisfied that my apartments are under strong management.

As a first time and somewhat unexpected landlord I was looking for an end to end fully managed service, I found the process from letting the property to ongoing management very professional, and am very happy with the service from BRL and from Gemma who now manages the tenancy. We have experienced many property managers over the years from other companies, and all were okay - however TBRLC stand head and shoulders above them all.
