Disappointing quality products (bought the pilot's hat, slippers and gloves), but mainly just appalling customer service, especially when the gloves have now split open in two places after being worn twice, and I emailed to ask for a refund, and not even a 'sorry to hear that', or sorry for the inconvenience, just perfunctory 'send them back and we'll see if they're faulty' - as if it's the customer's duty to absorb this hassle when poor products are delivered.

Absolutely no idea of what customer service should be.

Steer far clear.

Really disappointing, and unhelpful.
I ordered a sheepskin hat, When I received it, the band was much too wide, it looked ridiculous. As both agreed , I sent it back asking for the band width to be made smaller. When I got it back, it was so small ! that it did not fit at all. Gary, the owner, and so called professional, needed to have told me it would make that hat smaller, before making amendments.
Just to add insult to injury, he then said he was not willing to do anything about it at all, and tried to make this my fault, this was after I had asked for a compromise.
My advice is to stay well away

I had a sheepskin coat which needed down sizing. I rang and spoke to Gary who asked if I could send photos of the coat and seams, I did, yes it could be done. Sent my coat and had it back in a week. Absolutely fantastic job, fits me well, I'm so pleased I decided to have the job done. Very reasonable price. I would recommend using British Sheepskin.

Just bought a ladies flying jacket from British sheepskin, superb quality beautifully made. Visited their workshop, so helpful and obliging.
Husband ordered one as well.
What a great guy who owns the company.

I ordered some gloves for delivery before Christmas, but 18 days later they still haven't arrived. I sent two emails that they didn't reply to and phoned several times but didn't get through. I have at last made contact by phone and arranged a refund. Terrible communication, really disappointing.
