My chosen product showed as in stock when it wasn't. I received a dispatch notification and tracking number that didn't work as nothing was sent. I received no direct communication from the company about the order difficulties and couldn't easily contact them - two unanswered emails, no-one answered the phone number or responded to my live chat request. Eventually got confirmation in live chat that the product was out of stock and had a response and refund to my emailed cancellation request a week after starting to chase my order. Not a good experience - can't recommend the company based on my experience.

Reliable helpful company. I trusted them even though I hadn't heard of them before and I'd just come across them on -line. Good service.

Beautiful tiles , well packaged , sent quickly !!!

Excellent service with the sample tiles arriving very quickly. Only criticism is the amount of outer packaging for a very small box inside.

On opening our order we found, despite being packed really well, that one pack of tiles had been damaged. We were very impressed bt the speed at which this was rectified and a replacement box delivered. It's when things go awry that you discover how good the service is. The service is excellent. Thank you.

I love the tiles but having to place two separate orders, I felt the delivery charges were very high in proportion to the cost of the tiles. The next day delivery option didn't arrive until about 30 hours after I placed the order. Technically it was next day as I ordered it in the morning and the tiles were delivered at the end of the following day but it was not very quick compared to other retailers who don't necessarily charge delivery.

Great quality product, tiles look fantastic in our new kitchen. No problems with delivery, everything ran smoothly and I would definitely use British Ceramic Tile again

purchased my choice of new design Laura Ashley tiles after researching for best price. Managed to use an on line voucher code so really pleased with the final invoice price. Unfortunately less than adequate service from the preferred delivery company used by BCT in my area. (So many company’s are being let down by couriers!) The customer sercives team at BCT listened and apologised and were prepared to try to help and I’m grateful for their concerns. It’s quite usual for many retailers to shy away from helping a customer once an order has been dispatched but at least BCT customer services team acknowledged my frustration. Thanks.

Quick and easy...lost one star as delivery seemed a bit expensive and excessive packaging was used considering only 3 boxes of tiles were ordered.

Product appears fine but customer service follow up actions and communication is appalling - multiple phone calls to try to resolve matters and even today, only a part delivery due to a mistake in the despatch department....the saga continues!
