Happy with your delivery method, which you notified your customers about the approximate time of the delivery, so your customers don’t have to spend too much time waiting at home.

Regarding the chair I have ordered, it looks decent and the chair seat is comfortable.The only issue is the quality of the metal screws are not good. When my husband assembled the chair, one of the screws had snapped.

Bought 2 Buckingham leather dining chairs to check they were ok before splurging on another 4. I have just ordered 2 more. The product looks wonderful. Many compliments. Ordering and delivery was perfect. All 3 deliveries I have had arrived very quickly and without incident. Having just moved house and ordered dozens of things on-line - it made a lovely change not to have my orders cocked up by no stock, late deliveries etc. I would not hesitate to order again from this company. However, making up the chairs is a 2 man job, but worth it for the savings on the chairs over 'shop bought' ready assembled chairs.

I was disappointed by the lack of detail in the instructions on the
" Assembly Instructions" sheet, but was given helpful guidance when I phoned. Some ingenuity is required, to persuade the constituent parts to cooperate, as one tries to fit them together!

Nice chair for the money. But lack of communication. I needed to contact them to make sure the order was received and was being delivered

great product sent to wrong address sent to no 38 instead of 39 its about a quarter mile away they opened the parcel realised it was not for them and rang us i collected it apart from that it is as advertised and in good condition just what we wanted many thanks

The instructions are rudimentary. It should say something like attach arms to back rest besore attaching the seat. The plactic screw covers are a bugger to pop in. They need a redesign.
Looks and comfort are good but those faulys I have pointed out need addressing.

The chair arrived on the day promised and was reasonably straightforward to put together as long as you read and followed the instructions. Putting the back in place required two pairs of hands and good light to locate the screw holes.
The chair looks very smart and is comfortable for working at a desk or table.

Pleased with chair but found arms difficult to assemble. When unpacking the back of the chair, as I lifted it, the metal attachment hit me giving me a black eye. Although I realise it was not your fault could I suggest that this part of the chair be put into a protective sleeve so as to prevent it happening to anyone else

Arrived the next day....brilliant! Not too difficult to put together. Very comfortable.

I'm very pleased with my new chair from British Chairs! it was delivered the very next day, so excellent delivery time!. The Chair itself I chose came in White Faux leather, which looks amazing & the style of the chair is very trendy, looks great with my desk! There were a couple of dirty marks, which I put down to being in storage, but managed to clean them off easily. The chair is also very comfortable & very well made. It was very easy to assemble. Thanks so much for my gorgeous new chair!

Quick to deliver and great customer service

The chair was not of the quality expected for the price. It was delivered from some other company not mentioned on the website during purchase.
Reboxed the chair for return and have been waiting for a week for acollection.
It says the returns are easy on the website but it is not. The phone contact never works.

Self assembly had all components and fitted perfectly. Prouducts looked exactly as advertised
