The chair arrived well packaged in good time and in good order. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable to use

Not so easy to assemble, the hole for chair handle was a nightmare I don't think there were aligned properly. When I tried the website for further assistance, the site could not be found. The leather as not been pulled sufficiently to give that quality finish I would have liked.
The description states this chair is fully reclining, this feature does not exist and if it does it is a mystery.

Perfect exactly as described and very comfortable. The best chair I have ever worked in.

The chair was ordered on Friday and delivered on he Monday which would be difficult to better.
The delivery was a single box in which were all the parts ready for assembly together wit assembly instructions. The assembly was straightforward.
It satisfies my requirements and I am well pleased.

Great chairs and excellent delivery. There was a faulty screw in the box and after e-mailing sales they sent a new box of screws within 1 day for free.

I was not very impressed with the quality of the chair it was heavily discounted but at the full price it would have presented very poor value it is advertised as leather and is in fact PU. This means it is almost entirely made of plastic.

I am greatly pleased with the chair. It the best and most comfortable I have ever had. Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.

I think I did a mistake in choosing the white colour. No instructions came on how to maintain, and/or protect the cover. So, what will i do when it gets a fair amount of use? Also I missed not to receive a piece of paper together with the specifications and the possibilities of return it if something went wrong.

My order for a study pedestal chair was efficiently dealt with and delivery made to me very quickly. Although the chair has not had very much use up to now, I have every confidence it will stand up to the usual punishment that I deliver to products such as these over a plongued period of time.

Chair was faulty and we opted to send it back for a refund. We have now been waiting for over one week for the courier to arrive a take it away and still no one has arrived despite e-mails saying the collection has been arranged, I have offered to take it to the couriers depot myself but I'm told that if I do I am then responsible and have to pay the costs. The collection and refund experience is not good. BEWARE.

This chair was an upgrade for another chair I used to have (quite new actually but a poor quality) and it surprised me how well built is. I love the flexibility of it. The pieces were so easy to assemble, all the screwdrivers were by far a very good quality.
It came exactly by the time I was announced.
