Really good communication
Really good communication, I was given an estimated time of arrival and a phonecall when they were on their way. Engineer was friendly and professional, found a small issue with the boiler, which was fully explained and advised on how to fix the issue, received a quote for the works needed within 10 minutes, will be booking the work required as I was very satisfied with the service.

Boiler service
Annual boiler service was carried out and full explanation was given on safety aspects. Also was advised to have inhibitors in system to avoid corrosion in future. Stuart was very knowledgeable and was prepared to give right answers and communicate well.
