Excellent service. I ordered a key with out providing the code - Brizebox called me to check on the code so they could send the correct. When it transpired I had ordered the wrong key altogether, they refunded my order immediately. Very professional and helpful srvice.

Great product, well made and delivered promptly

We bought the extra large ext
Parcel Brizebox. The Box is really well made and looks great.
My only reason it is not 5 stars is that a few people now have struggled opening the parcel door using the turn handle to deliver a parcel and my wife and children just think it is a bad design.
I’m hoping people will get use to it and hopefully not stop using it or worse breaking it trying to get the door open.

My extra large Brizebox was promptly delivered by a 2-man team. It looks nice outside my house, and it's been used by couriers for the deliveries I've had so far without issue. It's great being able to go out even when I'm expecting a delivery, and not be stuck inside waiting.

Easy to install and all delivery drivers like it because it takes large parcels. I have a lot of steps down to the house so postie is particularly keen

Packages are kept secure, safe(spring loaded catch shelf) and dry. Would recommend.

We ordered the grey brizebox to replace our letter box as we were fed up with multiple parcel deliveries and the dog destroying all our mail. The brize arrived really quickly in very good packaging, albeit there was a small manufacturing dent on the top of the box on opening the package. returning it would have been too painful, so we didn’t see the point, it was a tad disappointing but we installed it anyway. Sadly we ordered a grey box and later discovered you can only have black stands?? If we had known we would might have ordered a black box to match. That’s worth considering. It is also worth noting that the stand is very tall and you have to dig down and concrete the thing right into the ground (if you go for that solution) as there is no option of the stand to reduce the height or just bolt it to the ground. Might be nice if there was. The brize box has been water proof and worked really well so far so we cannot complain at all and a few people have said what a great idea it is. We do think that maybe the signage on the front of the box could stand out more, as in what its actually for, because sometimes the delivery guys don't twig that its a parcel box and ring the door bell. But all in all we are dead happy with ours and the Brizebox ordering and customer service had been great so we would recommend.

I love the product it’s fab - exactly what we wanted and a great price, our first box arrived dented and customer service to resolve was brilliant - they immediately rang me and arranged a replacement. Helen has been in touch since and I’m very happy with the service received.

Spent some time researching delivery boxes(as you do) liked the look of this one it tickled my pickle.
Opted for the smallest one but it’s still a very good size for the majority of my wife’s 500 ASOS deliveries. Used it a week or so through torrential rain and no issues with water Ingres as other boxes seem to suffer with.
Our postie is very happy, she’s only a little and her post bag is nearly as big as her and now she hasn’t got the 2 mile treck up the drive and back.
Others have mentioned install as the fixing hole are behind the draw as such so you have to open it and Mark the fixings holes from underneath. I fitted this in about an hour to a rough stone wall on my own. Two of you and it should be straight forward if you have some DIY experience.

Order process, dispatch and delivery were excellent. Product is excellent and I have no faults with how it functions. Only reason for 4 stars is the standard size is awkward to install and fit when back mounting. I completely understand why the fastening plates are in the location for security. The wall anchors supplied are good quality but information on installation is limited at best and it is incredibly fiddly fitting onto cavity wall to achieve bite on the thread with such limited space to manipulate.

Don't get me wrong this is a great product but make sure there are no small children whilst you install and chunter under your breath about the b£*&y wall anchors.

I would absolutely recommend this product and out Postie loves it!

I needed a secure postbox that can also hold small parcels. This very well made Brizebox certainly fits the bill! I was a little concerned that rainwater might seep in but have had no problem with this in the few weeks since I installed it. I would highly recommend this product though the cost might be too much for a lot of people! You get what you pay for.

Great customer service after my parcel went missing. Very helpful and efficient. Located parcel and was delivered the next day. Product was great too.

My first Brizebox went missing care of DPD but another one was sent out promptly. I had read a few reviews about it being difficult to fix to the wall. I understand why people feel this way but a little planning makes it easier to mount. I made a template for the the holes using card and marked them out on the wall and used a small drill bit to mark the hole locations and then a 12mm bit (for the wall mounted £124 box) and drilled the holes. I then propped mine up on the packaging box and a little more to lift it to around the height that I wanted and pushed the first 2 bolts through into the bottom holes and hammered them in, a short stubby hammer is preferable at this point. I then opened the drawer and put the last two bolts through and hammered them in (definitely need a stubby hammer at this point). I then tightened up the bolts with a spanner, needed to hammer in again a couple of times and check that it was flush to the wall, really pleased with my parcel/post box. I think it would be easier with 2 people however. We had decided not to have a letterbox in our new door as there was always a draft no matter what we did. We were originally going to mount it on the wall next to the door, it was an excellent match for our door, but it’s a but chunky so now lives up the side of the porch. I’m hoping to go and look at it again in the morning.....it’s lovely :-)

Lovely post box. Looks great. A bit tight putting it in, but we got there in the end .

Delivery was quick and easy with a helpful driver. Instillation only took 10 minutes. ( you need a 14mm bit and a decent drill) got the XL size and it is huge but that’s good, suspect nearly all my parcels will fit in.
