Fantastic service and great product. Helen and the team were incredibly helpfully answering my questions and I received rush delivery the same day!! The Brizebox itself looks and works great and I'm looking forward to receiving parcels safely!

We purchased the standalone medium-sized model in Architectural grey, which looks fantastic.
The box works perfectly however, the installation is a little tricky.
We mounted ours to a very slightly uneven stonewall using the supplied bolts but we had some difficulty - it was definitely a two person job.
There are no installation instructions, but there is a link to the website where there are a couple of youtube videos - I thought these videos could have been clearer.
It is also worth noting that the correct masonry drill bit is not included; so if you are looking to use the bolts, you will need to source your own drill bit. I used a 14mm as another reviewer suggested, this worked reasonably well.
If I were to really nit-pick, I'd also mention that the cable tie use to secure the fixings for shipment is rather difficult to remove as it is tucked behind the chunky handle. The last thing I wanted to do was take a knife / scissors / clippers anywhere near the front face of my nice new Brizebox!

TL;DR
- Great box, does its job perfectly
- Tricky installation, and note that you need your own masonry drill bit for wall / floor mounting.
- Cable tie could be tied somewhere else for ease of removing.

Not as heavy gauge as I expected. More like an adapted filing cabinet.

It’s an essential piece of kit in a COVID world. Rapid delivery, cheaper than Amazon and sturdy to boot. Spot on.

We did quite a lot of research prior to purchasing our Brizebox it was chosen because of its appearance, its finish and use of galvanized steel, its capacity to accept large packages, door seals, supplied by a UK supplier close to us and we were told it would be with us within the week, in fact it arrived a couple of days later and is just great we can get on with our lives rather than sitting in all day waiting for a parcel that invariably never turns up.

Good strong box, very impressed

Haven’t actually started using it yet as we had to wait for a replacement as the original one was damaged in transit. It was replaced immediately and we look forward to using it. It looks an excellent product.

Found this product online after a competitor smart box was damaged on delivery. The difference in all aspects was stark, Brize Box build quality is much better, really well packaged to avoid damage in transit and all at a better price. Fitting to a wall by yourself is a bit cumbersome but making a template for drill holes, as suggested by another customer, is a good idea.

This bit of kit is secure and works. Letters and parcels are safe and easy to deliver and retrieve. Easy to fix against a wall or floor. This is what you need.

No problems with the box, but a little more help with the fixing would be better.
I think when fixing it to the wall it should be put on a bag of sand or the like to make sure it is level in all directions and the box can be moved away and back again to the same spot. The size of the drill bit for the fixings should be given. Making a small hole with a masonry nail before drilling is a help to make sure the drill doesn't run away from the right spot. We managed to fit it but the video was too simplistic.

Really great product, does exactly what we want, my only criticism would be it would be helpful if there were some way to remove the top drawer to mount it, also some mounting points higher would give greater stability.

Great now installed looks great and works well, though was lacking install instructions.

You need a 14mm bit when drilling the holes, and if fitting to a wall you will need help (although for me the delivery box was perfect as a support so I didn't need anyone).

One other thing I noticed, its claimed you can have left or right hung door, but weather strip is already fitted, so if you did want to change it you would either have to remove the original, and lose some of the strength of tack, or find yourself an replacement - for the cost of the unit would of thought a spare would be easy solution. Else don't fit and allow installer to fit.

To complete mine I have added a hue motion sensor to get automated updates from Alexa when post arrives.
