After making arrangements, the roadside assistance service took my car to the garage. For unknown reasons, the car wouldn't start. Despite assurances from the owner (Nigel) that the car would be diagnosed and repaired, my car sat outside the garage for seven months. For seven long months, I spoke with Nigel several times, each time pleasantly explaining the reason for the delay and repeatedly assuring me of a speedy repair and vehicle pickup. After such a long time, I took the second key and started the engine without a problem. For seven months, no one even bothered to investigate the cause of my Mercedes's failure. 7 months, best regards.

Really good car dealership!

I have been to about 5 or 6 dealerships before going to Brookside and they had to beat them all

I bought my ford st line from there and the process was straight forward and hassle free

They didn’t try and push expensive car mats or coatings or whatever nor did they try and upsell me anything

We went there in a Sunday it was closed so I called to leave a voicemail to say I was interested in the car but the sales man answered and as he was in the local area he popped down to deal with us

Honestly once I sent over the payment everything was all filled out in 8 mins and before you know it I was sitting in my newly bought car warming her up for the journey home
