Deceptive discounting
I ordered 2 shirts for the discounted price but left them in the basket to ensure I'd be present for delivery. For 4 days I received a daily email offering me 10% off if I placed the order. Then one came saying that the offer would be withdrawn after that day. It was too early but I placed the order, only to find that it was 10% off the single-shirt price, so the total was greater! Naturally I declined the offer but placed the order and thanks also to an uncharacteristically prompt delivery by EVRI it arrived when I was out of town. I had to phone a neighbour to take it in. I think the 10% offer was thoroughly deceptive. The shirts seem okay but far from crease-resistant, which is disappointing considering the way you talk up the 'luxury quality'.

Whatever you do do not try to contact Brook Tavener via email - they didn’t give me the option promised for click and collect and sent it to my address whilst I was away - I tried to email them 3 times to re direct and no answer whatsoever - three times ignored is poor customer service

Excellent customer service
I ordered a suit online for my husband. I needed to exchange the trousers for a shorter length. There is no exchange policy but customer services advised that I needed to return the trousers and order another pair. The e-mail response was very prompt, as was the refund appearing back on my card. The suit is very smart - excellent value for money.
