I met with Eren & Giuseppe at their office in Bedford to purchase a Rolex Sky Dweller on Wednesday 16 March 22. From the moment we met they were very very professional. I had been conversing via email with Giuseppe as I had a Daytona that I wanted to part ex for the Sky Dweller. He gave me a really good price for it and the deal was done. I would recommend Brothers In Time to anyone who is looking for a luxury watch and be rest assured you are dealing with two guys who know their stuff and that customer service and satisfaction is their number one priority. In my opinion you can never be too cautious when buying and selling expensive luxury items like watches. Giuseppe courteously answered all of my questions, putting me at ease that I was buying from somebody who knew what they were doing and would be providing a quality product. A price was quickly agreed. Giuseppe and Eren then drove up with the watch from Bedford to Lancashire.

From my initial enquiry regarding the purchase of the rolex submariner date, I found Giuseppe very helpful, and gave me confidence in purchasing the watch. I explained that I had an oversize wrist and he assured me it wouldn't be a problem, he said he will sort it when he delivers it. He arrived with Eren at the time he said, presented me the watch and swiftly put another link in as it didn't quite fit. Great service guys, keep up the good work!
