Since 1st December 2025, my BSNL SIM has been showing No Service, and I haven’t been able to get a duplicate SIM. Their new SIM activation server has also not been working since the same date. Because of this, I haven’t been able to make any calls or access the internet. It’s extremely disappointing,

In our area of West Bengal pin 722143 ,we are used huges count of BSNL mobile users but there always very bad internet network provides.other side BSNL ads announcement very Big Big as 2/3 GB per day in minimum price, that's bsnl joke:;:

BSNL if not is the worst network service you can ever have. Most of the time , you are unable to use the data service due to limited connectivity and lesser towers plus sometimes you cannot use any service ( calls , data , etc. ) at all. And the customer care is the worst , they do not listen to the complaints and it just gets worser. Never use BSNL , I said never !

We have transferred our MTNL LINE TO BSNL dur to take over and got the past six months the phone only has a dial tone with no services to make it receive calls. The connection migration was done by Rajan Cable Services wherein after running after them for so many days the wiring and the router hot fixed. While my number still shows NOT MIGRATED UNDER BSNL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BILLS ARE RAISED BY BSNL. It's been calls after calls and speaking to so many staff at Rajan Cables, MTNL right upto th the DGM AND GM with no response or resolution yet as on day. What poor services and company wants to stay alive HOW AND WHY.

Worst Network on Partvat Patiya Surat, don't buy BSNL SIM becuase once your have bought or PORT in BSNL then you have to wait for 90 days to PORT another network.

Best 'F' network and customer service will provide BSNL.

My bsnl wifi is not working most of the time they should improve their service they don't do any work useless network never recommend thiss ....

BSNL Bsavanagudi Telecom center Staffs are not good and supportive never lift the calls and always try to avoid the complaints never give the final solutions
never send the proper bills

BSNL is having the worst Payment portal. I login.... gets message wrong pass word. Opt for forgot password. Then change password. after changing I again login with new password. I get message something went wrong..what the hell is this..

Worst experience with bsnl sim. Did a blunder mistake to port to bsnl. Sometimes voice break and network issue. Difficulty in receiving OTPs. Landed my private job in trouble as mobile is mandatory for all communications. Advice all living in Delhi NCR never to go for bsnl sim. I know how I have completed my 90 days to go back to jio. Please reduce it to 30 days if anyone opt for bsnl by mistake. Stay away from bsnl sim.

worsttttttt network and service ever. First i bought one sim from north kolkata that so so much signal and network issue all the time and then again I bought another from saltlake kolkata just to give it another try again same experience and the person charged me 260 and it is of no use. I am fed up of this shitt thing bsnl.

Very poor network problem in goa and the date plan i can not use .i ithink bsnl does not care about their customer i completed more than 10 time to the customer care regarding about this issue but they say we will do but no results very poor.

BSNL network is not working properly at many places due to which the data plan of the customers is getting wasted. I just bought a 1 month plan yesterday in which I get 2 GB per month but this data plan is not working.

Sim5G network doesn’t even have 2G in Lakhimpur, UP. Customer care service is very bad 😞. I don’t think BSNL can ever improve. When 2G and 3G don’t work even in the city, how will 4G or 5G work?

Very poor network coverage,low internet speed,bsnl recharge website not satisfied totally irritating network.not only cost wise low all performance very very very poor.

Bloody useless sim... I've never seen such a bad stupid sim ever... I'm not gonna say anything more cus if I do my language will not be good😑🤬
