The internet connection is good but poor customer services. They changed my flat no and sending 2 bills. One bill for other flat as well. It's been 15 days they don't care to rectify their mistake. Even the customer care is of no use. They say to visit the branch. No one sits on their branch. They hardly visit office. There is no Email address where you can complaint. The app is of no use. Whenever I complaint via app no one contacts me and few days later I get message issue has been resolved.

Wasteag of money...if there is an option of 0 start I would choose that...after recharge i don't even get facilities...please don't buy bsnl's Sim card...worst customer service

I give 1 star just because of the price of recharge they are very low and longer when compared to others. But the net speed is too poor , it is very very very slow , I was trying to connect to bsnl customer service to talk to the executive but whenever I press 9 it repeats the same menu for 100's of times but not at all connecting me to the executive, i have been trying from many days and same thing happens all the time , very poor network, it not available everywhere, it always shows E and it is going offline on its on , the Another thing I Hate is you can't access to the mobile when you are in a call. I love it for the effective prices but hate if for its over all issues. Please make changes and develop it. 1stly please let us talk to the executive and tell them our issue, please connect us to them, don't repeat the menu continuously

I have by mistakenly opted for data recharge for 90days ratherthan talk time so I have connected with them to revert the recharge they are saying like 50mb is used so they can't revert it such a worst service it's just a 50mb not even 100mb my father hardly uses data still they said like this worst service I recommend even it goes cheaper still don't go for bsnl.

Worst decision I made.i just changed my sim from jio to bsnl and now I regret about the decision.unstable network unstable signal sometimes I can't even make call.iam going back to jio anyway never ever choose bsnl you will regret about it later shame on you bsnl!

Wanted to give zero star. Worst fiber optic service provider in India. Do not go for BSNL service. You will get no service but have to pay bill.

It’s a worst experience u saw in my life no proper responses to customer I have never seen this worst services I strongly respond to any one not to take BSNL connectivity Doesn’t know to value a customer qualities

I have a BSNL landline for decades, reason obviously being non availability of other communication facilities in the past. It used to breakdown frequently and even after a complaint lodged it used to take days before it used to be rectified after prompting and follow ups. Even these days it has not changed much. Recently in Feb 25 my phone went dead and I have to give repeated complaints both through toll free no or online, after the complaint is made I used to get an SMS informing me that my complaint has been registered and our technician will call you & attend it within 24 hrs. It never happened and instead after 3 days or so another SMS was sent stating that the the complaint has been resolved and closed, a lie on behalf of a so called reputed organisation. I escalated the complaint to the highest person in the ladder in that area that's CMD customer care without any avail or response. As on today it's still not working but the BSNL collecting my monthly rent gleefully. It's one among the worst organizations I have ever come accross both in terms of efficiency and customer care and any other dealings. I am wondering is there any way to correct an such organisations at all who are used to sloth and indifference probably since it's inception. I would also like to bring to the notice of any customer connected with this org that even when a complaint is made for repair of a landline the technician who comes for attending does not even bring a ladder and has to provided with a one of ours

I used very popular area coimbatore city but no get the range totally waste my money guys it's my humble request don't change to this Network bsnl it's a fraud network

I recommend BSNL for NONE.
Inadvertently I chose BSNL to regret for Life Long. Their service is for non connectivity in all aspects, chat, data, sms nothing works, so why and what for they sell and charge money from public. Big Shame in the name of tele communication. Waiting to say good bye BSNL. Nirmal Sinha.

World's worst internet connection, always unstable, sometimes even can not make a call, your every client is complaining about your unstable no use internet connection, they are extremely angry and suffering a lot of trouble after choosing your BSNL internet connection. You are a stan on name of a internet company. Always disappoint me, and now there is no doubt that in future there is "NO SCOPE" for BSNL, everybody pays for comfort not for this type of trouble that you are making with us.

Everything is wrong with this company. Cannot Improve. Worst decision to choose this service provider... Worst internet connection. Always unstable connection.. Worst Customer service..... They dont even care abt their customer and wont improve their connection. Always there will be an problem with this service provider. Don't even thing about subscribing to this service provider.

So so so so wrist experience...the net always unstable.. I port to BSNL from jio because of the low prices but we'll the cheaper network serves cheap hospitality...

With an hope to be improve of BSNL, I have ported my JIO sim to BSNL. But now m regretting after sim port. This network provider will never improve. Don't trust on it, just go for other.

One of the worst service in india .There is no proper Customer service available.For getting the refund we have to wait for 90 days for the refund to be processed the connection is so weak .Whenever we call the agent or the customer service they say there is shortage or they are improving the speed all fake .Please don't take this BSNL connection it's totally waste of time .Waste of money can't do any proper work always it's a big headache for the people who take this connection
