All of the above companies are the same but go by different names.

I had pre booked for a weeks rental for £30 which seemed like a good deal. Upon pickup I was then charged additional;
£100 Tax & a location fee and x2 ‘out of office hours’ fee (although flight times were given at time of booking)!
£89 for insurance!
£261 again for insurance which apparently I will be refunded.

A £30 rental has turned into £219 plus an additional £261 which I may get back.

This company is a scam. The car was dirty on the inside. Do not use.

rented a car in Ibiza at 00:00. we waited for an hour but nobody came to pick us up. then we took a taxi to the company ourselves only to find out that they had been closed for a long time. The reservation states 24/7 service but nobody was available. because it was already half past two in the night we took a taxi to the hotel. the next morning we immediately called the company and we could still pick up the car. So we took another taxi back to the company. when we arrived there and explained this story we were promised that we could get the money back because we had ultimately paid 80 euros in taxi costs and also an extra day for the car. Now we have contacted several times to get our money back but they do not cooperate to solve their own mistake. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!

I rented a car from this car rental in 10/08/2024 22.30 and delivered at fiumicino airport 21.30 in 11/08/2024.That time the office was open i hand over the key to the reception.I asked delivery reciept to the staff,they told me you will get a mail from our office.Tomorrow morning i get a mail with delivery date 12/08/2024 8.33 and they deduct 125.88 euro from my account for 12/08/2024.When i contact bsp auto.com customer care they ask delivery evidence for 11/08/2024.I didn't expect this type of fraud from that italian company

Made a reservation for a 6 day trip with BSP-Auto / Rental4Leisure. Tried to pay for the car lots of times with different credit cards, and everytime i got an error. Hours after giving up and having to rent a car in another site, I got a message from BSP-Auto saying that the payment was accepted! Tried to contact BSP-Auto Customer Service to no avail.

Booked a car at a very good rate, was cancelled with no excuse by BSP. Was offered a much lower class car at almost 3 times the price. The staff were polite and did call me back but not a suitable outcome. Would not use again, suggest you double check your reservations with this company via phone

We used this broker to rent a car from Milan Bergamo Airport. Upon arrival there were multiple add-on costs to cover theft or accidents. Wouldn't let us drive away without a 1500EUR 'deposit' and couldn't budge on this until they brought it down if we paid for extra coverage.

This was not stated in any terms and conditions provided, even after we, the rental and the agent on the phone looked.

Provided this information to BSP and a refund was requested over 2 months ago and have had nothing since. My advice would be to go with a reputable company at the airport as some things are too good to be true.

I had explicitly searched for terminal pickup and paid a premium for this, compared to cheaper offers on Skyscanner which involved a shuttlebus.

Turns out the booking via Bsp Auto also involves a shuttlebus, despite being listed on their site as in-terminal pickup.

We sent an email and tried to call to tell we were late to pick the car. We arrive 2 hours later to discover the car was already rented to someone else and that when someone is delayed 59 mins, the contract is cancelled… (there is a first time in life for everything). Still unclear if we will get refunded as this is a Sunday and no one is working.

My flight to Antalya was delayed in disembarking and disposing of the luggage. Which caused delay in picking the car. During the time waiting for the luggage, I repeatedly tried to call the number provided in Antalya to inform BSP team that we would be late, but no one answered. Eventually, we searched online for the car rental office and found another number. When we called this number, someone finally answered only to inform me that my reservation had been cancelled and that nothing could be done to assist me. The reason that they provided is that I was late to pick up the car. This situation left me and my children stranded in front of the airport without a car. We were forced to take a taxi to our hotel, completely disrupting our holiday plans. They also withdraw 50 euros penalty.
The picking location was also 4 km away from the airport. Try to get there in the dark with little children.
I would highly not recommend it.

Very misleading listing for Carcassonne airport. In bold Salvaza and priced at a premium above other off airport alternatives.

We had a car booked with Europcar in Granada on Sunday to pick up at 2pm. When we arrived at 2:05 the office was closed and we were then told they would not reopen for the day. We were never made aware that they were closing. Not only we were left with no transportation, we are now told we will not receive a refund!

They cancel my Rental without contacting me and without giving me an excuse!

Hi, It's been over 6 weeks since I submitted the claim, and I have written two emails which haven't been answered. Please can you reply to my emails and tell me when I will be refunded the money I was wrongly charged? thank you. Bsp-auto 897373915

Simple rapide et efficace

I wish I had read these reviews before booking. I went to the rental desk in Geneva at the time of booking 8pm and it was closed because it closes at 8pm. I had to spend 300 swiss francs on the swiss side with alamo. I have emailed and called one month later no refund no response other than we are talking to the rental company. The worst experience. DO NOT BOOK!

Absolutely terrible company and terrible experience at Lyon Airport!

Do not use this company, after waiting for over an hour at Lyon Airport to then be bumped by another family, finally made it to their office which is 30 min drive outside of airport in the middle of nowhere to be told that my car hadn't been brought back yet and that I could have a smaller one.

I asked for a refund due to the inconvenience and was told verbally they would, but the customer service contact details just sent in an infinite loop of raising an incident and getting no response. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO USE ONE OF THE MORE REPUTABLE CAR HIRE FIRMS AT THIS AIRPORT EVEN IF THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE.
