After being convinced by the very knowledgeable Ben on first visit by BTM Installations that it was indeed worthwhile to have a solar battery in a one-person household, the two installers were very neat and efficient in their work and very informative about how the battery storage system will work. Very early days yet but I hope to feel the benefit of being able to store some of the electricity generated by my solar panels very soon.

I have had to deal with this company for over 7 months. Several times I had to wait in for things to be done. Contacting the company was sporadic and rarely did they contact me first to explain the problems. I have finally had a double battery fitted and things are now resolved

Very straight forward sales to installation. Well explained by the first visitor. Installers arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They were polite and tidy. A positive experience.

The Company Representative explained about the Battery Storage system equipment we purchased, giving full and explicit details. The installers came, as per arranged, notifying us that morning of their arrival time. All work was done within 3 hours, efficiently and neatly, with no mess. Equipment working exceedingly well and have peace of mind that we have a 15 year warranty and annual checks.

Fast and efficient service. The engineers installing a solar battery were clean and tidy. The initial meeting with BTM Installations representatives was helpful and they gave good advice.
Overall, I am satisfied but gave a 4 star rating because of pressure to not only pay immediately but to write this review.

Both of the installers were very efficient, tidy and helpful with any request I made about the installation of batteries.
Some delays due to Christmas and deep snow but job now completed. Looking forwards to lots of savings!

Excellent Price and Great Service.
I have had a PV System and battery installed. From the very beginning I was given straight forward advice from Emily in the office. She walked me through the options and left me to make my own choices.
Martin and Harry were clean and efficient, the installation went really well and they were done in no time at all.
The system seems to be working really well and given the quotations I had from three other local companies I am very happy with the price I finally paid.

Very impressed with btm , had additional batteries installed, clean and tidy, plus great advice given to get the best from my system. 10/10 👍

BTM have recently finished a full solar install for us. We had 12 panels fitted with 2 batteries and the service from initial design meeting through to installation was faultless. I’m so happy to be saving money on my energy bills and so glad we chose BTM. Thanks Again, Brian

BTM installed a solar battery system in our house not a straightforward job but all technical difficulties were overcome effectively leaving a very happy customer. The installation team were a very informative with the problem solving; a tidy and well executed installation a great group of guys would recommend them to anyone.

Recently had a battery system fitted by the guys at BTM, they were fantastic! Very polite and very clean, very happy with the whole install and outcome in general! 10/10

After a few initial issues, caused I believe, by covid related staffing problems, my batteries have been satisfactorily installed and I am very pleased with them. The installer was really polite, punctual and tidy. The company has kindly given me a generous refund for the inconvenience of the initial delays so I can vouch for their integrity and reliability.

Great company was dealing with billy talked me through how the system worked after fitting new inverter.
