I dealt with PC Connor & 3 other officers over a theft on a train at Maidstone East. I found them professional, more than dedicated & they helped me get my luggage back.
Brilliant response from these Maidstone based officers.

Worst service I've ever encountered .There's no phones at the station crime all the time what do you do manager do just get a cheque what about the woman who being abused.

If they don't exist would not be any diffrences. Lot of kids travelling now for free, abusing the staff and passengers and when you ring them they say there are no one available to come. Even when someone was stabbed to death at the station I would stil have my doubts if they come

Horrendous service with slow response times, poor communications, long investigation times, and not responding to my complaint. I wish this was a company that I could avoid, but instead I have to put up with them.

Absolute waste of time. I was verbally and physically harrased by tfl staff. They even called the police on me. Once BTP came and spoke both to myself and the tfl members in question, they realised that they were in the wrong and I was right. I said I wanted to report them for harrasing me and putting their hands on me. BTP said they won't do anything that day because I'm just angry and have to calm down. But still had to take down all my personal information. Disgusting people. I was fuming at this refusal, and even though I tried again many many times to report it, even contacting 111 and I was just transferred back to BTP. They've been untterly useless and unhelpful. What fools.

I cannot praise the BTP and forensics enough for there work. We have had some horrendous damage done on a piece of land we rent from the railway. I called them and 2 officers came and took a statement and photos. They were very kind and showed lots of empathy. A forensic officer came later who was very polite and understanding and found evidence for investigation.
It was very traumatic as this was a piece of derelict land that my dad made beautiful which it certainly isn’t now.
This is not the first dealings with BTP and all I can say to them is thank you so much for the detail you made of the crimes we have suffered here and also your care to my family and I on all occasions.

I pay my taxes for this awful service. They are not protecting anyone, they are eating taxpayer money.

Note: CIA seed-funded Google removed my review of the British Transport Police from Google Maps without any warning, notification, explanation or means of contacting them, along with FIVE other reviews of Cumbria Constabulary and London Executive Offices which all relate to my hellish ordeal.

My so-called “brother” is a detective constable with this police force who committed PERJURY and FRAUD in order to fraudulently and unlawfully remove me as an executor of my own Nigerian mother’s will, with the scheming, interfering help of his English wife’s sister, then a solicitor with Withers and a crooked Cumbrian probate law firm she referred him to, called Gedye & Sons. British Transport Police Complaints Department, known as “Professional Standards Department” blocked my complaint about his appalling, crooked, abusive behaviour by refusing to even record it as a complaint, using the flimsy excuse that he was not on duty at the time.

Since my Nigerian mother died leaving a UK will in which she named me an executor, I have been treated appallingly by THREE British police forces: Cumbria Constabulary, Essex Police and British Transport Police! What the hell is going on? I have long suspected, but am now in no doubt that Britain is a deeply corrupt tyranny masquerading as a "liberal democracy". What a joke!

Like all other British police forces, BTP covers up complaints of wrongdoing, misconduct and abuse of position or power by its officers and staff. UK Police Professional Standards Departments are notorious for treating complaints with contempt, constructing lies to defend officers, blaming and ignoring the complainant and sweeping complaints under the carpet. They are helped and encouraged to do this by the notorious British government body, the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC formerly IPCC), who said on appeal, prompted by BTP, said that my complaint was an “‘abuse of process’ as I had sought to misuse and manipulate the police complaints procedure to involve the BTP in a ‘personal family matter’”. Outrageous! So perjury, fraud, corruption and domestic abuse, are a ‘personal family matter’ to the BTP and IOPC. I found their responses dishonest, insulting, abusive, offensive and corrupt. They were saying that there is no such thing as Off-Duty Misconduct for a UK police officer. So why didn't Essex Police say it was a "personal family matter" when they sent me an unfounded harassment warning and later even tried to have me prosecuted for "racially aggravated harassment" behind my back at the bidding of my BTP "brother"? Even a Police Sergeant from Essex Police told me, “The fact that the BTP stated it was a "family issue" is a decision they have made, but does not necessarily mean it is the right one.” They twisted IOPC statutory guidance in order to make it.

Our mother died leaving a will in which she made both of us executors, along with our uncle, but my dubious BTP brother met a senior solicitor/director from Gedye & Sons with his English Withers solicitor sister-in-law, behind my back, and secretly told him he wanted to be made the sole executor. He then came to me and told me this solicitor suggested that I should step down, when it was really him that approached the solicitor wanting it. So he lied to me in order to get me to step down for him. When I refused to step down he later cut off contact with me, after he returned to the UK from Nigeria, where we took our mother home for burial. Shockingly arrogant because he is a police officer, he even made veiled threats to me while we were in Nigeria. He told me “Don’t call her that! I arrest people in London for saying that". He later instructed this awful, crooked firm Gedye & Sons to administer our mum’s estate behind my back, without consulting or informing me and then used them to try to fraudulently manipulate my removal behind my back, while I was still in Nigeria, using a crooked probate solicitor’s trick called “power reserved”. His crooked sister-in-law (whom I have never met) was also involved, behind my back, as she was involved in secret emails and phone calls to the nasty director of the firm, discussing the removal of my uncle and I as executors through "power reserved" with them.

When I found out what they were trying to do I quickly returned to the UK. BTP "brother" then secretly encouraged this crooked, racist Cumbrian solicitor to invite me to a meeting at his office at 15 Old Bailey under the guise of advising and helping me as an executor, but as soon as he met me and shook hands with me, before he had even sat down, he threatened legal action against me to force me to step down as an executor! He abused, lied to and took advantage of me in that meeting! He also typed out a dishonest, manipulative, fraudulent statement for me to sign, which he pushed me into signing without explaining the manipulation he had placed there, without telling me, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge! When I later visited the City of London Police and told them what he did, they told me it was FRAUD! My BTP "brother" even committed perjury and fraud by swearing to the Manchester High Court of Justice that he had informed me of his application for probate in his sole name, excluding my uncle and I. He did no such thing and this application he made was designed to remove me as an executor behind my back! He had Essex Police send me a harassment warning and later even tried to have me prosecuted for “racially aggravated harassment” behind my back, which went as far as the Crown Prosecution Service who decided not to prosecute! This offence carries a maximum prison sentence of 5 - 7 years! So much for “personal family issue”!

He also interfered in complaints I made to the firm, who used an email he sent them as a defence in their response, even though I was told by a member of their staff he had not been told I had complained. When I escalated my complaint about this monstrous, racist Cumbrian firm to the notorious Legal Ombudsman, this so called "brother" even managed to interfere in that too, as an email he sent to the firm was used in that appalling, corrupt organisation's manipulated dismissal of my complaint!

I finish by relating that our mother died from cancer. She never told us about it. She never told me, even though I specifically asked her what was wrong when she first went to the hospital for tests. I only found out when one of her church friends who I didn't know phoned me and told me it had reached a terminal stage. But guess what? Although she never told 3 out of 4 of her children, she did tell Mr BTP that "cancerous cells" had been found, which he chose to tell none of us about. It was really worse than that, it was a large tumour, but even if he only thought it was "cancerous cells" he should have told us! He didn't tell us even though she had told him she had decided not to take treatment! There's no excuse for that, because if he had told us, we could have found out more and encouraged her to take treatment.

This devil of a British Transport Police brother has caused me terrible suffering, distress, stress and anguish as a result of the evil, crooked, corrupt fraudster solicitors he and his solicitor sister in law have unleashed on me to remove me as an executor of my own mother's will behind my back. The last five years of my life have been hell for me because of him!
