I wish we had read the reviews before wasting so much time, and paying for this very poor service - in fact, no service. We were paying for something you will not and can not receive. I wished to watch three ODI cricket matches. Unfortunately BT has the rights to them. I paid for a one month subscription for this sole purpose. We searched all online information and rang the BT call centre to ascertain whether this was possible. We asked the same question via phone calls, chats and emails and never received a straight or honest answer. Having paid, we discovered that unless we stayed up all night to watch the matches live, there was no way to watch them. A very limited highlights package (dishonestly labelled “extended highlights”) was all we got for our money. They take your money, but don’t upload the matches to their server for you to watch next day. Even the highlights are not available until some time after the match. We were happy to pay to watch three cricket matches. There is literally no way to do this. After much time wasted on phone calls (we would get bumped and have to start all over again) we still await a refund. But of course there can be no refund of all the wasted time. Dreadful.

Very average never received the 100 voucher when switching to them

Awful company. Being charged twice a month for 5 months by them and Virgin for BT sport. When I called BT to get a refund they told me bluntly it’s not their problem and then actually charged me for cancelling early and said they can’t even waive this fee. I have been with BT for 5 years but no good will at all for new customers.Avoid BT at all costs

BT sport show you the score before you watch a game on catch up or highlights. What sport fan would want that?

There is much to commend the live coverage, and I love the rugby Premiership coverage. However, for a sports channel for sports fans to repeatedly put the score on the screen before you watch the match is beyond stupid.

Purchased a PPV to watch a UFC event and didn't work...
Called customer service to get help and they said they couldn't help because they don't know the error codes I had on my screen. Tried to watch it on my phone, TV and laptop and couldn't.
Zero technical help from BT.
Do not trust this company and don't give them your money. I know I won't !

6 months in still trying to cancel my subscription

Be very careful when dealing with BT sport as the contract you get is open ended!! If your contract ends they put you on regular price losing discounts you may have had.
Even when it is ( what you think is it) ended it isn’t you still have to give 30 days notice to end it. It costs more and they do not care.

Just spent an hour on the phone got compensated two years ago I was paying for service and not getting it because bt had my address wrong I stupidly don’t check my statements thought I wasn’t paying for it as I couldn’t get it my address was corrected 2 years ago realised I’ve been paying and not getting only realised when I cancelled dd was told to pay outstanding £29 when I said I didn’t want to pay even more money for a service I wasn’t getting was told they would put that right in another dept as I shouldn’t be paying for something I’m not getting this lady again updated my address as after 2 years still wrong address on my account I made the payment got transferred to accounts to discuss compensation was put through to the most patronising ignorant person I have ever come across told me as my address had been updated in one day ie half an hour before I was not getting any money back basically that I hadn’t reported a fault (didn’t know there was a fault ) how could I prove I wasn’t telling lies and what would I do if I had a spare tyre and it went down after half an hour .best customer service from the lady I spoke to worst ever in my like from the person ( male ) in billing

First the good news......I have had no problems with the HD TV service.

Now the bad news.....despite BT's TV add-ons being billed as "flexible", and indeed it is very easy to add additional products, it is near impossible to remove any of the add-ons!

I have just wasted an hour of my time trying to find a way to cancel online - and there is not one. I have now been on live chat with India for a further 30 mins with no sign of progress........

It does not take a genius to work out that at the end of the footie season a lot of people will look to reduce their packages - and BT have gone out of their way to make it as hard as possible!

I spend over a £1,000 a year with BT and have been customer for years - I dont like being treated like this so will spend today sourcing a new provider.

MotoGP, don’t buy a monthly pass from BT, go to MotoGP site if you want coverage
I have had BT sport on youview tv for years and the coverage was good. But I moved house and was told by but I could not have it, so I could watch MotoGP I purchased a monthly pass.

If you want to watch free practice, qualifying then you will have to wait a week or so before they up load it, so basically watch it live or not at all.

I can get better coverage from YOUTUBE for free, it’s a joke.

I’m going back to MotoGP site, commentators are rubbish but you can watch free practice warm ups qualifying when ever you want right away.

BT sport does not want you to have the coverage you want and are trying to FORCE YOU to purchase BT sport for TV package which they get more money for. Years ago it used to be free now the £25 a month is better spent by throwing £25 out the window to blow away in the wind

Constant spoilers and takes forever to show replays and when they do eventually display they never work. Not worth the money

Bought a sport pass.
No good on LG tv....won't stream on any web browser although their site, when you sign up and pay, specifically says you can.
No bt app available on LG tv.
BT blame LG and vice versa.
If there are exceptions then BY need DECLARE this on the page where you sign up.
It's called mis-selling!
You can't of course get your money back!

What can i say.
The BT Sport Football since being Italian League has been almost unwatchable.
1. Multiple pixelation for minutes at a time
2. Picture & Sound freezing, forcing reboot
3. Titles for programmes recorded totally incorrect and often same game recorded multiple times,
Roll on August when I can cancel without cost

I attempted to set up a BT Sport account with difficulty. The system appeared to be rejecting my details and payment and then all of a sudden, 3 accounts were created and I was charged three times. When I called up to cancel the duplicate accounts, I spent 35 minutes on the phone before the advisor told me to call another number. When I did, the office was closed! I phoned the original number, spoke to a different advisor who passed me through to a separate tech team who equally could not help. I was then passed back to their billing team who eventually was able to track down the accounts using all of the information i'd previously provided. The worst part, they won't refund the money for the duplicate accounts created by their own systems?! Absolute robbery! The whole process took over 2 hours today. Avoid like the plague. Horrific experience and terrible product. No one seems to know what they're doing and they have zero interest in really resolving the issue. Genuinely disgusted by this experience.

Edit/update: I’m now being called by the EE sales team trying to flog me products?! This is beyond a joke.

This product should be illegal, the ad clearly states watch Premier league Live, yet not one game is played live on bt sport channels, support team advised this and was unable to get me watching a game, the TV guide for the channels have no Premier league game in sight, disgraceful product and will stay away from BT.

The BT sport streaming service is unwatchable. You are literally better off watching an illegal stream because the quality is better. The average kid in their bedroom who streams stuff apparently has better infrastructure than BT. If you still consider using BT, pay by credit card so you can charge it back when you find out for yourself that the service is useless.

Utter garbage company. I used to have broadband, which was shocking and luckily cancelled years ago. I will never come back. Then I just got a BT sport 1 month pass for some champions league. But the quality is rubbish. The time is behind, and the lagging is atrocious. Do you want to speak to someone? There is a better chance of being struck by lightning. Do you want to speak to someone who speaks coherent English? Well, you would have a better chance of getting struck by lightning holding your jackpot winning Euromillions ticket. Can't even believe this company still exists.

Impossible to watch a PPV fight on the BT sport app, ended up just streaming. BT need to make it easier to watch PPV or Sky will leave them behind.

Absolute joke of a company. Imagine just cause you live in the Republic of Ireland then you can't stream the fight. I have gone through all the correct procedures to pay my box office fee and just cause I am not in my home tonight then I can't as it tells me on the website on my laptop that I'm not in the correct region. Absolute cowboys.

Please leave box office events to SKY, it is near impossible to buy box office events, even customer services don't know what to do. Stick to telecommunications and leave sport to the professionals.
