Why are you so gay putting man utds first game in bt when I clearly can't afford sky and bt sport at the same time and if I did I'll end up homeless I hope your ceo dies a slow and painful death NEXT TIME PUT THE GAME ON SKY

BT offer sign up teaser rates increase the price by 2 to 3 times after then make it hard to cancel. ie on the website if you type in cancel BT sport there is no link. If you go to chat you go through security then you get told call a number instead which is also the wrong number and you get passed from one call center to another.

Agreed to take BT Sport in May 2020 on my understanding BT would again be covering The Americas Cup in 2021 as they had on previous occasions. I felt missold when they didn't but to add insult to injury I never received notice of their swingeing 40% price hike otherwise I would have definitely discontinued. Have already dumped a BT Mobile account and looking forward to fully terminating BT Broadband and Sport at the earliest opportunity.

Shocking. set an alarm for 4am to watch UFC and Box office is not working. The only reason I set up a contract was for UFC and they can’t even give me that. Cancelling my contract ASAP. How they can take peoples money and not provide what was purchased is beyond me. I’m sure that is Fraud, Disgusting.

So upsetting when you want to support a UK MotoGP sportsman not to be able to easily navigate what should be an easy BTsport re subscription of my monthly pass. The whole BT online experience has always been flaky and ambiguous but today this impacted my access to watch MotoGP - currently on a call to try to resolve having paid my money but still unable to view.

Absolute garbage! An excuse for everything and a solution for nothing. AVOID

Can no longer watch boxing on bt sport as the commentary team always seem to be watching different fights to me. It's a shame they can't open up an extra channel without commentary as the commentators don't seem to have a clue

This is more about Ian darke than bt sport . I know Ian is well known for his boxing commentary but I have got to say I think he is absolutely top class when commentating on the premier League matches . He is very knowledgeable and he makes the match more enjoyable in my opinion

Yep BT Sport is useless. Weird because the WiFI is none BT useless. Swap to my EE hotspot and plug my phone in (There is a deal between EE and BT etc) and WOW!
Hotspot connection is barely one bar
WiFI is full strength and powering various very well.
BT are obviously reducing bandwidth and signal to none BT affiliated devices to gain monopoly again... Sad as they came back strong with pure UK call centers and local response.

Where are the real non greedy caring companies. No where! BT/Sky/Virgin will just crush them out over time...

Typical BT! Have they ever managed to get any system to work properly? Never in my lifetime (considerable) and the BT sport system and software is the same terrible rubbish! How can they exist as a business? What are their directors of paid for? They might as well have a cage full of monkeys. It's honestly quite embarrassing to see a UK corporate being run quite so badly all these years. And as a business consultant it is truly painful to see.

Crap it didnt work. Spent 2 hours speaking to them. Still didnt work.

The worst customer service in the history of customer service. Told the staff she was adding to my anxiety and she wanted to hang up on me distraught. She also tried to bluff off my mental health as an "excuse anyone could make up", showing their vile training in sensitivity to mental health. They lie to get sales!

Really enjoyed the Badminton coverage the last three weeks of the Thailand opens and World Finals. We were limited to a certain number of hours though and so missed out on the end of a very tense men’s singles final and all the mixed final but it was great to see the coverage and all the top players who were able to play.
Hope we can see some more soon!

I don't normally write reviews but bt sport box office service and customer service was so bad I felt I needed to.
I bought the McGregor fight on sky q it wouldn't work I spent over an hour on the online chat at 3am and it threw me out of the queue everytime I tried.
I then just paid again to watch on a tablet and rang up today to get one of them refunded I spent an hour on hold to be spoken and argued with a bt member of staff who repeatedly told me I should have rang last night and didn't understand what i wanted. She wouldn't listen to a thing I said and argued the whole time with me that I should have contacted them last night when there was a problem. Was disgraceful service from a big company

Terrible cricket coverage. Bought BT Sport for BBL and Aus v India series. Live coverage seems ok - but highlights held back way too long for catchup. Currently 10.30pm in uk and day 5 about to start, abs still no catchup highlights of day 2,3 or 4 of test match and past 3 days of BBL matches played. Will be Investing in a VPN and getting from source.

Waste of money - don’t buy

The worse cricket coverage ever. Paid £16 pm to watch BBL in Australia and the coverage just stops on 3hours and 25 mins! So with an over or a few balls to go in an exciting and close game you miss the end!!! Pointless.
