Terrible connection

Terrible connection.
You cant watch game without freezing. All the time I have message oops! No app on TV, you have to watch through other devices like console or phone only.

All the coverage, none of the quality

Do you like football? Do you like watching football for a bargain price each month? Do you like that football to be slightly out of focus, with terrible tracking. Then you've come to the right place. For just £25 a month (if you go through Sky) you can have all this!

P.s. every game must also have at least 1 female commentator. This may not bother everyone, and it wouldn't bother me either if they were being employed for the quality of their content and not just to make up some arbitrary quota because it's 2022 and that's how it is now. That said, they also employ Martin Keown.

Check your BT Sport contract!!!

Check your BT Sport contract if you're contracted directly with BT! I only thought to check mine last night, after encountering a technical problem and experiencing an appalling technical support process - and found out I was paying BT Sport £42.75 per month. I cancelled my contract today and set up an identical BT Sport contract through Sky, for £25.
The BT Sport tech guy I initially spoke to last night (Rohit) was good but when I expressed dissatisfaction at the process and length of time taken to get though, he put me onto his manager (Arnab), who was unhelpful, dismissive and quick to provide me with the phone number needed to cancel my contract. They're still getting my dollar (via Sky) but at least it's not much more than half the price I was paying and at least I'll never need to deal with the BT Sport tech team ever again, which is a blessing!

Doesn't work

Paid for a Bt Sport package but it doesn't work - I think they make it too complicated to use. Nowhere to get help so have wasted my money. Never again.

Shambolic app

Shambolic app. Constant buffering. Constant freezing. Constant grain on picture. Constant sound issue. Constant error message (approximately every 3 minutes the error message appeared) Also the fact you can't use it on a smart TV or firestick tells you everything you need to know. It buffered so much during (I have solid 100 mb Internet) the Fury fight in the 5th round when exited/returned the whole minute in the corner was gone. 3 times when exiting trying to fix buffering had to sign back in. Email address in app doesn't work. Now after contact from BT their trying to tell me error code only appeared on the breaks (it didn't you can clearly see from my picture there's 2 boxers, boxing as the code appears) this is after sending them the proof twice. I'll be using DAZN from now on it's a far superior service to BT at a fraction of the price.

Disgusting Customer service from BT Sport

I would of left 0stars but it wouldn't let me. I paid for the Fury fight & at 4am had no fight to watch. I called to get a refund & was basically told it was my fault for not calling up at 4am to report the fault. Firstly who blames the customer for a fault that clearly isn'theres !!! Secondly that was absolutely disgusting customer service, I was on hold for an hour to be then blamed for not thinking BT Sport would be open at 4am. Will be very reluctant to use this service again. As a Customer service manager I find pointing blame at a customer a bad move.

Awful service

Awful service, tried to buy the fury wilder fight, tried 3 times and gave up.
Buying pay per view is seamless on sky ! How have Bt not looked into the complicated and time consuming process! Surely it needs to be simplified ! So they get more purchases

I’m watching the Fury v Wilder III(3)

The BT host is really poor. He has no idea of his surroundings and seems not to understand what he is seeing. He’s passing late to ring announcements.

Clearly Wilders team was praying and he had no idea what was going on, I’m sure he thought a major issue was happening….. Clearly they were all praying. Please stop talking and get on with the boxing…..

I would prefer silence than listen to him.

Awful BT sport service

Awful BT sport service, paid for boxing PPV only to find out you can’t record it! Meaning you have to get up in middle of night to watch! Sky so much more seamless. Service was rude, I was lied to saying I was told first 4 times when it wasn’t mentioned and 12 hours before event told no refund and it was in the T and Cs! Typical disgraceful service from anything BT related... when is this horrible firm going to figure out how important service out ?! Discrace

All 1 star reviews are right! AVOID BT go to SKY!

Signed up for BT Sport 3 months ago. I couldn't get through to anyone at customer service after i signed up and wasn't able to access my account (issue with confirmation email). Money was still being taken out of my account each month and I hadn't even been given the chance to use or access my account. After 3 months of calling and messaging i was finally able to get ahold of someone.
After over an hour phone call, i was told i could only been given credit for the next month subscription after trying to get a refund and close the account.
The managers reasoning was that it hadn't been brought up before and due to myself not being abe to get through to someone (which is my fault apparently). Please avoid to save money and yourself the hassle. Really disapointed.

Signed up to watch Champions League games. Paid. Checked. BT Sport took the payment. But I cannot login to watch. It doesn’t work. I even cannot log in to cancel subscription.it doesn’t work.i guess I will have to Reissue bank card again. How do I watch CL?

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I’ve been in contact with bt 8 times in the past 3 weeks over a product I bought from them was not working. each time I spoke to an advisor i was given false hope that my issue would be fixed and someone would call me. The agents guaranteed me each of the 8 times I called that within 24 hours the issue would be resolved. It wasn’t. I was very patient with them the first 5 times I had to call in but the amount of time I’ve wasted is an absolute joke. It’s shocking that a company as big as BT can fix simple issues within a few days. Unfortunately they have a monopoly on the sports channels and there isn’t an alternative I can use unless I illegally stream it which for some reason they hate when they can’t even fix the issue I have. RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever

Unfortunately can't give zero stars. Literally the worst company ever. Had the misfortune of dealing with a little boy (Luke) who was extremely rude and totally incompetent. He lied throughout the conversation, and had no real idea of what was happening. Spoke to a young lady later and thought she was good. Unfortunately she turned out to be another liar, promising me things that she couldn't give. Avoid at all costs. They took my money but will not let me watch anything. Utterly useless. Been promised a call from a manager but I will not hold my breath as it's probably another lie.
