While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

If I could rate zero I would.

If I could rate zero I would.. I ordered goods in June as a present and to this day am still waiting. Have emailed a few times and I suddenly got a “dispatched” email and told the goods were in transit. This was start of August and still nothing. They ignore emails, have terrible customer service skills and god knows how they sleep at night scamming everyone out of money, avoid and all costs, now known as heavenly essence homeware no doubt because the last name carries their awful reputation.

Absolutely awful complete scam

Absolutely awful complete scam. Took my money and never dispatched items. I chased for two months and got nothing but patronising emails and excuses and fake “your items have been shipped “ emails and texts. Avoid as they won’t refund either.

Cant even rate less than i want to

Cant even rate less than i want to. I joined this business and saw the bad reviews but gave the owner Paula the benefit of the doubt and my goodness how wrong was I!

I'm waiting since 21st may for an order the owner refused to accept responsibility for any order that are late despite itbheinf due to her ordering late and she is the most rude person I've ever dealt with.

Do no buy or rep for this business ever!! She is awful !

Scam

Ordered back in May, Paula, the owner, has used every excuse possible as to why I've not received my items, failing to take responsibility herself. I've been promised a tracking number for 2 weeks and a refund for 1 week. Both of which have never happened and she's not back to the first of her excuses again so just going round in circles. My advice is if you've paid go through bank to claim money and if you've not ordered then definitely don't as its clearly a scam! Now known as heavenly essence wax melts & homeware

Shocking company

Shocking company known as Bubblicious They either do not fulfil your order....taken 7 weeks so far to dispatch goods, then its either half missing or damaged. They do not reply to you and they do not refund you. Several complaints all going around Facebook about them as they do not have a telephone number or a page where you can leave reviews. They apparently buy all their stock from other retailers so are just the middle man. So avoid these and go straight to the supplier.
