Sent email that was replied within minutes, sent machine in to be told I had broken it, and had to wait a week or so for a new one but they got a new one in straight away and I’ve already received it back. Super impressed with this firm.

Great service, really friendly and delivery was really fast. I part exchanged my xbox series X and accidentally left a disc in the drive. I contacted Gary who had a look and found the disc and shipped it back to me completely free. What a legend!! I will absolutely be ordering more products from this website in the future

I’ve had my sons Nintendo switch screen and charging point replaced and on both occasions I’ve had nothing but a first class service. Impressive turnaround considering I live 50 miles away.

Was able to fix my switch in a few hours, battery needed replacing and needed new cooling paste.

Our x-box was not booting up, Gary's found the problem was the Hard Disk - so replaced it. Turn around in a few days. X-Box all working again at a reasonable price, just needed to reload games etc.

I accidentally broke my PS5 HDMI port didn’t know where to take it, after doing some research I found this shop and they fixed it perfectly.

I spoke with Gary at Buckyby GameStation and he was very clear and communicative. He took my switch in for a screen replacement and joy con repair and completed this not only very quickly, but also to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Before approaching Buckby we asked at 3 local repairers. It was still cheaper to send my sons playstation by DPD to them than to get in done in a local shop. Quick efficient so helpful constantly in touch with us. Wont be going anywhere else now.

Gary at Buckbygamestation provided immediate assistance with my son's XOXO one and gave me the confidence to send it to him for repair.
