Really great service fast and reliable my daughters ps4 console needed a new hard drive and software back on her console these guys were happy to help sent it off and had it back and fixed really fast my daughter was so happy that it was fixed so she could go back online to play wiv her brother's will definitely recommend and be using again thanks again 😀

Great service, fixed my sons Nintendo switch screen. Posted it on the Monday and returned back to me by Thursday all fixed and working.

I was told that there is a irreparable part on my console so it can’t be fixed.
After looking into this that was utter nonsense, just a ploy to have me buy a console from him and no doubt he would fix mine and sell that onto someone else.
Beware all!!
I have all texts to prove what I am saying, I am not a rival of his as Iv seen he’s used that on previous reviews.

This is completely unfair and untrue review.
The console was unrepairable and in the event that we have a console like that we do not charge a single penny for looking at it and offer the customer a part exchange on a replacement console.
This is so the customer does not go home empty handed and it saves them the hassle of having to get rid of the faulty console themselves.
We then sell the faulty console on for scrap parts on our eBay website for the exact same amount that we gave the customer, no profit is made from this courtesy service at all and I am happy to show anyone the after sales eBay receipt for their console in order to prove this.
This reviewers comments are made entirely of baseless allegations and paranoid suspicions with absolutely no evidence whatsoever to back them up. As a result, this is slander and defamation without any legal merit and we will now be following this up with legal action.
