Not the greatest loan company by far. Weeks ago I won a case for irresponsible lending and they havent even bothered replying to the financial ombudsman. I just want owed what's mine. Never reply to emails. I'd recommend to everyone to go elsewhere

Acted as a guarantor and i must say it was a pleasent service i recieved and kept informed all through the process.

Dealt with Chris yesterday who did a fantastic job in helping me get the loan I wanted. All sorted and payment made within 12 hours of starting the process. Chris made multiple calls to ensure everything was spot on and ensuring all the details and terms was understood. Friendly chap and great to deal with. Thanks for making it so simple.

Applied because my credit is not the best (which I've been trying to improve) but having recently moved house I needed money for carpets etc.. and this was a brilliant option. The interest rates are very reasonable and after speaking to a couple of staff members the customer service could not have been better. Would definitely recommend 👌

An amazing experience with outstanding customer service. Chris dealt with me mainly and he was brilliant. I was worried I wouldn't get a loan as had been turned down from other companies but Buddy were great. Told me straight from the start and everything was so smooth and quick. I was very impressed by Buddy Loans and after I was accepted to be a guarantor for my niece it was a very quick and simple process and very nice to deal with. Thank you.

Applied for a loan, they took all the details more than once, its like they don’t write the information down or something. They will waste your time asking what the loan is for in details, even once you explained it to them and they say it’s fine. Later on down the line they will ask what it’s for again then have a problem with it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DURING COVID 9, they say that because of the pandemic they do not guarantee that I would use the loan because nothing would be open so I said there is no point in them being open and giving new loans out. They declined my application after taking my bank details and my friends details. They knew all the details from the get go yet still turned me down. Absolute waste of my time! I never write reviews but I created an account just to write this, absolutely disgusted! The staff are polite but the reasons behind not giving out the loan is absolutely ridiculous.

Customer assistant nichola has always been a great help! She is absolutely fab at her job and always there when i need to talk about any issues regarding my loan. These guys are so flexible and willing to help in anyway they can! Wish the interest rates were a little lower ;) But hey ho! They will do anything they can to help!

They say it is a very simple process with a guarantor this is not the case and the underwriter was very condescending and rude to both me and my daughter, he couldn’t understand Self employed income was trying to explain the next minute the phone went down, would not recommend this company at all website is very misleading
