Appalling service
Appalling service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Rang up as having fiancial problems due to Covid-19, the person I spoke to was not one bit sympathetic at all!! I now feel worse about my current situation after speaking to them. Also he was asking for proof that im off work which I have but made me feel like I was lieing and to top it off interest is still added so now because I can’t pay my loan due to this pandemic which is totally out of my hands I will now end up with a further bill at the end of it. Just can’t believe the service I have received when I am normally a loyal customer who pays on time every month. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE THE SAME.

A bit long hanging on for an agent to answer to phone, But, was all straightforward. Everything was explained in detail and copies of all documentation followed immediately. Payout for us was in about 4-5 hors into the nominated account.
High interest rate is only be expected, but providing you do not default it has to be acceptable.
