Budget Fire stated next day delivery when in fact it arrived within four days.
I do not think this was down to Budget Fire more likely UK Mail but it would of been good customer service to of notified me. My customer was not very happy having to wait.
The fire extinguishers are all fine I would like to add.

Having investigated the delay you suffered, I can see that your parcel left our warehouse on schedule but was subsequently delayed and held over by UKMail at their sorting depot. Late Order But Well Saved
Order placed was delivered late, as the important part of it was delayed by the carrier.
Part of Safelincs, who run this and other brands, I have to say that Keeley, Harry, and Sarah have all stepped up since with personal and helpful communication and a desire to resolve issues for us.
Needless to say, what could have been a very poor experience has been well turned round and I am happy to say we will use Safelincs and Budget Fire for many orders to come!

This 1kg Powder extinguisher looks better built with the diffuser nozzle and over all construction design. It feels easy to hold with a total weight of 1.90kg and is a A+B+C extinguisher designed to tackle the majority of common fires.
