This company misleading customers and…

This company misleading customers and has poor customer service. When I was booking flights, I chose premium tickets since the option was “free change and free cancellation”. As soon as I booked the ticket I realized that it was booked for a wrong date. I contacted customer service immediately to find out that my tickets can’t be changed. To cancel tickets BudgetAir charge 2/3 of my tickets. It’s my first and last time I am booking with them. I spoke to customer representative who is in India, keep repeating over and over same thing without explaining what the premium ticket mean “free change “ and now the “condition of my ticket unable him to change it”. I decided to contact my credit card and explain why I want to cancel their charges. I hope I will get my money back. Stay away from this company and don’t believe their website promises.

Scam company

Scam company. Booked a ticket to a final destination with a short stopover. They issued ticket for first leg and then said they couldn't get the last leg and its up to me to find another way to fly to final destination. Will not issue refund for first leg. Absolutely scam company. Do not trust them at all. Buyer beware. I will get money back from AMEX but they should be shut down and not allowed to operate.

The flight was not called

The flight was not called, missed my flight, switching for a couple hours later but no effort by Porter or to any airline to readjust as it wasnt my fault.

I couldn’t believe the price in the…

I couldn’t believe the price in the beginning, then trusted the reputation and went through with the booking. In under 2 minutes all my tickets were issued from all the different airlines I needed. All smoother and cheaper, also the UX was super easy! Filling all the names and dates

Bad business practices

I made reservations through Budget Air back in April for a flight in July. I immediately received an email from them saying that they had received my payment and that my e-tickets are on the way.
Here we are at the end of June and still no e-tickets. I called Budget Air and they said that after they received my payment, Frontier Airlines increased the price of the ticket and I needed to pay almost $80 more before I get my tickets.I did pay the extra $ because I felt like my tickets were being held hostage. I then called Frontier Airlines and they said that the information I received from Budget Air was incorrect. I called Budget Air back and asked for a supervisor to lodge a complaint. I was told that no supervisor was available and the agent said they couldn’t help me! Beware of Budget Air! 😡

My experience with BudgetAir has been…



My experience with BudgetAir has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Booking Reference: BUSA-35687049

After making my booking, I had serious concerns about the charges and needed assistance. I sent multiple emails to BudgetAir, but none of them received a response. I also called customer service more than 15 times. Every time I was told that someone would call me back or that I would receive an email within a certain timeframe. Neither ever happened.

I spent hours following up, repeating my situation to different representatives, only to be given the same empty promises. There was no accountability, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve my issue.

A travel company should provide support when customers need help, especially after taking their money. Ignoring emails and repeatedly promising callbacks that never happen is completely unacceptable.

I will never book through BudgetAir again and strongly recommend booking directly with the airline instead. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lack of support that I experienced
