Reliable offers with a good relations between quality and price

It is a really bad thing that I not could use all my credit om one stay...I booked via budgetplaces only to use the rest of my credit, after a earlier cancellation.
I still have a lot more credit, but i will never use budgetplaces again.

Having booked a hotel though this website for the first time I was a little apprehensive. Sure enough the website took their percentage (booking fee) with the remainder to be taken by the hotel itself. After booking however, the hotel had taken the full amount (on top of the booking fee paid to BP). I contacted BP to sort this out, & they did do. They contacted the hotel on my behalf & recovered the over-charged payment. A mixed review, but great customer service from BP, hence the four stars! I'll happily book through them again! Thanks for a great after-sales service.

After booking my hotel with budgetplaces.com, I found the same hotel in another search website. The biggest difference was the other site didn't ask me any money upfront.

I suggest to keep the eyes on the competitor to avoid this type of frustration.
I will double check the competitor before booking with you again.

I had used Budgetplaces.com two years ago when traveling with a group of students. That year we left for our Europe tour without any reservations and Budgetplaces saved the day (and the trip for us) many times.

This year I decided to plan my Europe trip for kids in advance and called on Budgetplaces.com to see if they could help. They went beyond expectations to help me through each and every request, providing several hotels for my review. I had dozens of questions and they answered each one promptly and in detail. It was like having a very good friend by my side.

We've just returned from our 18 day trip for 17 kids and four adults and everything was exactly as promised. The hotels were all as advertised, the fees were as agreed upon, and we were very pleased with how this all came together.

I used this site a few days before getting a prompt to write this review so I don't have picture perfect recollection. I do remember one or two annoying things about ther UI but nothing major. I was able to do what I went there for (which was to book a night in a cheap hostel in dublin) and that's really all I care about at this point.

It was quite easy to find the right place to sleep. We're very content with the B&B, very close to Croke Park Stadion where we'll attend a concert! Not far from the centre and at the same time a quiet place to stay! Reviews and price of this B&B are really good!

I paid my deposit for room only to be told it was not processed. .. alternative accommodation was priced a unreasonable amount that made me not want to use site again. This was my first experience with the company which has left me unsatisfactory
