Would use them again!
My child had a very specific vision and the Budsies team worked closely with us to bring it to life. There were a few small design hiccups along the way, but the preview option made it easy to request adjustments, and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was consistent, and they made sure the final plush arrived on time for Christmas. The finished product is adorable, and I cannot wait to see my child’s reaction. I truly appreciate all the hard work that went into creating such a special keepsake and would happily recommend Budsies.

I am still waiting for it. The holiday has it super late and I know not your fault but your tracking system isn't helpful at all. My daughter (8) is getting super discouraged. Its December 10th.

It was delivered almost a month late. So know that when you order. Overall, I was pleased with the end result. It seems to be a quality product. The one I ordered was for a birth so being a month late in delivery was not ideal. However the detail was very nice.

Your character art of your Antro plant creature was offered great perspectives that helped our designers when making your plush! We're glad you feel that they made your Budsie how you pictured it. 💙
They don't communicate the process or read messages properly. Also, the Budsies are made in China.
I feel pretty scammed, I saw a lot of positive reviews on Budsies and saw how closely they were able to follow references, but unfortunately they seemed to miss the mark on mine. My characters were very simple, and all the proportions arrived very wacky. The pieces of the face are so unprofessionally cut, a child could've made it. The arms aren't even stuffed on one of them, and they feel like they could easily tear. I was also under the impression these were made in the USA, the website itself states they are based in Florida I believe. Nothing against China, but the fact that the toys are sent over there to be made raises some questions. Also, they charge you extra to provide proofs of your plushies, which is a big red flag, it is not normal to do business this way. Other sellers would update you consistently. I also provided a description of how I wanted one of the plushies to look, but they completely ignored it, I understand if they are not able to do it, but they should have communicated that to me. Overall, disappointed. For such a high price, I expected higher quality. I recommend contacting an independent plush maker, they will put more care into the creation of your plush.
