Firstly, please accept our apologies for the damaged goods you received on your order.
We checked all of our inboxes and unfortunately never received an email reporting any damage from you, in which case we would have sorted immediately for you.
We did let you know this and asked for you to forward us images of the damaged goods you received so could get this sorted for you. You have since advised that the goods have actually already been installed and you worked around them as best you could to get your job completed.
Unfortunately this meant we couldn't send replacement sheets out to you as we would have normally done, however we did issue you a refund of £36 immediately in order to try alleviate the inconvenience caused.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Don’t buy a copper sink
Disappointed in aftercare I purchased a copper sink it wasn’t put in for some months later due to my fitter having covid I always used a plastic bowl for fear of damaging it but when I emptied the bowl it scratched the sink I contacted Haley she passed the buck to manufacturer they said it wasn’t a fault of there’s they advertise scratch proof and I have cherished and looked after this sink didn’t expect to be completely snubbed by seller and manufacturer

This sink was delivered to you on 14th April 2023. On 6th January 2024, you contacted us to advise that the sink had become scratched, 9 months after this was delivered.
We referred the images and your comments over to the manufacturer of the sinks immediately to get looked into. Both their technical and management departments did an investigation into this, and they confirmed that this is not a manufacturing issue.
From the images you sent, it is clear the scratch is very deep. This could have been caused by using an abrasive product or from a product being used in the sink which caused the scratch.
This is in no way a manufacturing fault as all products are tested to BS EN standards and have thus gained SGS Certification. In order to meet these standards, all products must go through vigorous testing.
A degree of care is required with these products in order to ensure no harsh products are used that could potentially cause any damage.
We hope this helps clarify the matter.
