I ordered a pallet of breeze blocks from here on the 28th of March, 2 weeks later after not receiving them I emailed their customer support. I received a response within 5 minutes to say that they had been delivered, when I confirmed that they had not, I was contacted by phone to say that they had been sent to the wrong location and would be with me the following week. Each week I have left either a phone message or email asking for an update and I have not had any responses back and a month later still do not have my order. I will update this review if my order ever appears.

Edit: The following week I tried to contact them via phone and email and couldn't connect, my emails kept getting rejected so I asked Paypal to refund my money.

21/3/26 Ordered 2 jumbo bags of ballast 3 to 5 days delivery, hadn’t arrived by 31 so emailed they rep delivery tomorrow, hadn’t arrived so emailed again no response emailed and telephoned on 8th and emailed again but no response so got a refund through PayPal

Order concrete blocks, arrived within the specified time scales, very quick response on email also, would use again and highly recommend

Made an order on a 3-5 day delivery . Tried to contact via phone and email very rarely get a reply . I have been chasing a delivery for two weeks now . Definitely avoid this company if the delivery doesn’t arrive in full as promised I will take it further

Update no PayPal refund has been received, more than two calls was made by my self and husband and not all emails and questions answered.
Unless the item was not arriving any way I find it hard to believe you can cancel a delivery with in a few short hours ! My self and the other unhappy customers don’t lie this company is cheep for a reason

I ordered 5 bags (3 MOT type 1 and 2 grano dust) unfortunately there was not much communication with regards to the delivery but I called up and got an answer straight away (I don't think the phones are manned all day which did make me panic that I had been scammed and looking online didn't settle my mind). However got a call back and was told it would be delivered the following Monday. The delivery people were great and so helpful they managed to lift the first 3 bags required straight into the garden which was a massive help!(We are and end house which made this easier) Couldn't have thanked them enough!
We would definitely use them again in the future if needed

Good company to deal with. Ordered blocks and ballast from company. Delivered in time scale listed. Delivered by a local merchant. They short delivered? Emailed online builders had return phone call within an hour to sort problem and refund given. Can't ask for better from them as short delivery was local merchants fault. Would definitely recommend.

The whole process from start to finish was simple with clear, prompt communication from Ian throughout. Whilst there was a slight issue with the order quantity provided, Ian was quick to remedy. Do not take all the bad reviews against; I would certainly look to use again

First class service. I sent a couple of queries before purchase and Ian answered them straight away. The purchase was easy online, the delivery charge was not outrageous like many I'd seen, whilst the chap who brought the items was very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue after delivery and sent Ian an email about 7pm, he telephoned me around 8am the next morning and by teatime the issue was dealt with very satisfactorily. I looked at quite a few companies before happening on this one and I'm so pleased I did, they offered the best prices and brilliant service. Their Ian is a gem!

Having read online reviews for this company I nearly didn't order from them. Glad I didnt listen to the negative questionable reviews. I'm about to place my 4th order with them now. I have had all my goods sent correctly within a couple of days of placing the order. Bulk ballast, sharp sand and Paving slabs. Would highly recommend this company.

ok so had to be prodded for delivery info, but it was a Quick couple of days for heavy building supplies, ( conc blocks, and MOT ) , local merchant delivered but at great online price. And put where I wanted. You can keep Wickes.

We were a little anxious about ordering given some of the reviews however we shouldn’t have worried. The ordering process was straight forward and the price was very competitive

There was little communication regarding delivery however the order arrived within 4 working days

Wrong items sent, I have emailed maybe 5 times and called countless times on the phone, the majority of times nobody answers, but when they do answer they fob off, 3 weeks later I am giving up and writing off what I've spent.
Also the wrong items that were delivered came from Jewsons? I think this company is a drop shipper and maybe doesn't actually sell anything themselves -

I ordered 2 bags of gravel 8 days ago,asked on 2 occasions to cancel this order .Then tonight get email to say it’s going to be delivered on wednesday.
They don’t reply to your emails or answer the phone ,

Ordered 2 bags of limestone 2 to 4 day delivery. Got a email saying upto 2 weeks so emailed asking for confirmation of when but no reply.
Tried phoning but no answer.
Emailed and called to cancel the order several times but no reply.
Can not contact them.

So you emailed me at the same time as your reply saying the same thing.
I reply yes cancel via email.
You haven't replied and I still can't contact you.
Now getting a message from Jews on say there going to deliver today!!!

On the whole pretty decent but some of our blocks did not turn up and there was no response on the phone or email to our enquiry in order to locate them. We didn't know who delivered the blocks so we could not chase from the carrier end.

Mixed feelings I guess in terms of a recommendation....

Placed an online order November last year, keep chasing as still not been delivered and now they are ignoring my emails. Will have to get a chargeback from the bank. 2 months time wasted.

Ordered slabs on the 17th August.
Paid for order at time.
No reponse from company even after 6 emails to them.
Tried phoning them but the number doesnt work

Ordered 3 bulk bags of crusher run on 3/11/22, delivered today 11/11/22. Glad I didn't take too much notice of the bad reviews and ordered - if you're not in a rush and want a good price go for it. The only constructive criticism I would give is for a bit more communication, but very happy with the product, the price and the timeframe for delivery.

Placed an order on 15/Sep. Heard nothing back after many emails and voice mails. Finally got a call from Ian on 07885 911740. Claimed delivery in 2 days and now another 2 weeks later and still no delivery or communication. AVOID or be willing to wait a long time! Note, this company is the same trades using the following names:

Update 13/Oct. Blocks had been delivered a week(?) ago, but just had not been notified. Only after chasing Ian were we able to find out that the delivery driver had dropped the blocks off in another corner of the premises and left without any notification, hence the subsequent calls to OBS.

So not a fraud, but TERRIBLY slow service service. The positive? Good pricing.
