I made an order for about £550 in the end of July. And science there haven't been any reply from them what's going on with my order! Avoid.
I increased my mark to 2 stars as I reviewed my refund but only after posting my review. So it's not full scam but something is not right with this company anyway. Your choice is it worth trying cheaper price.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.I gave this company a chance and I am regretting it now. No response to emails or phone calls. Luckily I paid thru PayPal and they intervened and refunded me. Total scam AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered blocks & sand on the 5th. Received an automated email AFTER I'd placed the order saying there would be a 1-2 week delay.
Not too much of an issue, as I got the customer & subsequent company to hold out for 2 weeks.
Still not delivered...
No reply to emails.
The phone number says unable to take calls.
My customer is fuming.
The company who are waiting for me to complete my job so they can do theirs, are fuming.
I'm fuming & feel like I've been had!

I was really worried, no order confirmation or delivery date and all these negative reviews but my bricks and sand were delivered 8 days after my order by a jewson lorry. So in summary if you are not on a schedule and need to save a few quid give them a try

I can't get through to them, I'm missing some of my order. It's been weeks. Are they still operational.? You said you would chase it up Ian. Can I just get a refund for the ply as I've had to go elsewhere.

Don't give these people your money, they don't know how to run a business, and as you can see by reading all of the other reviews they seem to have an excuse for everything. Thought I would give them a chance despite reading a mile long list of negative feedback - big mistake.

I ordered 15 concrete slabs on July 14th, and haven't received any form of communication since apart from a generic automated purchase confirmation email. I asked for an update on my items on July 25th, but being the ignorant people they are, decided to ignore my email. They will attempt to excuse themselves with every reason under the sun but it does not take over 5 days to reply to a simple email, doesn't matter how busy you are.

Give me my money back, all £156.60 of it.

I am not a fan of disrespect but you deserve it. You people need to learn fast that you can't keep taking our money and worming your way out of it.

Hope your site gets shut down, not that it would make any difference. Looks like something a child in the mid 90s designed on a desktop

Me Too! End of week three, no response to any emails etc etc. Is it just aggregates in bulk bags you are struggling too get out on time? Poor service I'm afraid. Awaiting these bags for one of our clients 😡

Like other reviews, I wish I'd read the feedback before I ordered building supplies.
Placed order 23 June 2022, had a confirmation email 24 June 2022 stating the order was being processed and would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. 4 weeks later the goods have still not arrived.
No one answers the telephone, when you leave a message (and I've left 4 messages) no one calls you back and when you email them (again 4 times) no one responds.
They've taken the money for the supplies, have not delivered them nor been in contact with an update and you can not get hold of them!

Very poor if any communication, wrong item sent although was replaced ed, no communication or response to emails at all

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
I ordered 3 bags of grano dust after calling to check how long the deliver would be and was happy with the response that once they had stock in they would call but expected within 2 weeks.
I waited for about a week and then emailed on 1st july asking for an update on delivery date, I then called on 2nd July and was told it was not in yet but should be in the next week and they would be in contact with a date, but was pencilled in for today... I had no further communication other than a phone call this morning while I was out saying they were trying to deliver. Since then its been very difficult to find out what is happening, they claimed they had told me the delivery was coming via email turns out this was on 29th June, before my phone call when they said they didn't know. Trying to find out next steps whether they will come back out or refund but communication with them has been absolutely shocking.

Ordered materials last week & was emailed back with a 2 week delivery which is cool, Come monday got another email with updated details & said delivery by thursday at 5pm, bang on 4pm materials all turned up, bloke delivering was sound so cant fault them at all 10/10

Ordered 300 concrete blocks at £1.47 per block which is amazing value for the current market considering other suppliers are around £1.70 - £2.10 per block. If you are ordering online I recommend you use PayPal to avoid any AVS policy fails on verifying debit cards. (I had this problem) but I rung them up and they answered quickly first time every time and it was sorted out. About 3 days after purchase the blocks were delivered (S65 postcode) in good condition. So despite all the negative reviews, I must say my experience was overall positive as of 22/6/22.

I received the balance of my order this morning - 4 weeks after ordering. Two weeks after ordering, the only way I managed to get an update was by posting a bad review on Trustpilot. It was delivered in two halves, which was fine, but both times I received a message on my phone to say the driver was on his way - no pre-advice of a delivery date.
This company is not a scam. It is, however, a low cost operation so be aware you should allow extra time for your order and expect no customer service. But you do get a great price.

Ordered on the 9th May, still nothing has turned up, have sent emails - no response, have tried calling - no answer, all I want is a refund now, if I don't get one in next few days, I will be going through the credit card company! Don't waste your time, it's cheaper for a reason! It's a scam!

I placed an order for building blocks on 19th May and received an order acknowledgement from this company and a PayPal message that they had taken payment on 20th May. Since this time, after multiple attempts to contact them both via the website contact system and via phone, where I left messages, I have had no response from them other than meaningless computer generated responses. I have also tried there email address but the address is not recognised.
I have now cancelled this order and am waiting for my payment to be returned.
I have never experienced a company which refuses to make contact, especially having accepted a substantial order. I can only conclude that this is not a bonafide company. Do Not Use this company.
Update.
Since posting this review I can report that I have been refunded my payment. I have noted the reply to my review from this company and all I can say is that I am sceptical about the reason.
If there was a problem with the website messaging system then how did they discover that I had cancelled my order. I did this via the web messaging system. I am certainly very pleased that they have responded so quickly to provide my refund but I remain aghast at how a company can survive whilst not responding, in any way, to requests for updates from customers.

They’ve had my money and I got an email telling me that the goods would be delivered on Thursday or Friday so waited in 2 days which I had to book off work no show so I’ve messaged them 3 times and rang them 4 times leaving voicemails on 2occasions no reply to any communication I’m not happy!

Please please be careful buying any goods from here, the competitive price looks appealing but the customer service is non existing!!!. I have sent numerous of emails and left numerous of voicemails (always rings out at every phone-call) with no answer. Goods of over £300 bought and still not arrived nor any update on the order of any kind. The negative reviews read true I’m afraid. Again I reiterate please be careful buying from here !!

I ordered 3 jumbo bags of gravel foe my mum. When it arrived it looked nothing like the photos on the website. I phoned and complained and was told that you get what is local to your area. I asked why on earth do they have pics of nice, round, smooth coloured gravel on their website and you receive grey builders gravel. They said that's what comes from the quarry in your area. Was told I'd receive £20 refund I paid nearly £170 on gravel. The refund didn't arrive. No response from my emails. I'll never order from them again and won't be recommending them. Poor service
