Exceptional Service
Exceptional Service. Ordered a bulk delivery of Plaster Board Monday afternoon and received first thing Tuesday morning.
After placing the order I received an email confirmation quickly to let me know the order was being processed shortly after another email to confirm dispatch and delivery schedule.
Far more competitively priced that the big chains (B&Q, Wickes Ect) Would have no hesitate in recommending online building supplies.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE BE AWARE
Ordered concrete bricks on the 25 July, still not received my order after over 2 weeks. Emailed and phoned several times. They don't even reply to your emails about a delivery dates. In the end I had to ask my bank for a chargeback. I would advise people to stay away they may look CHEAP but you will lose your money.

I am very sorry that your order has not been delivered, unfortunately due a combination of your location in the country (Scottish Highlands) and the product that you have ordered (concrete commons) we cannot deliver your order to your area. As per our delivery terms deliveries to the Highlands need to be discussed first to check delivery is possible, concrete commons are also not available in all areas of the country which we also ask to be checked before ordering. Due to both of these issues your order got stuck in our system. Unfortunately after checking our mailbox, your previous emails have fallen into our Spam/Junk folder. your money will be refunded immediately.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Very poor communications. Unable to get any advanced knowledge of likely delivery day. Then when the order was delivered short significant difficulties in getting any response either phone or e-mail. Still trying to resolve weeks later.

Low price building materials and decent customer service.
Ordered some concrete blocks on Friday afternoon, with usual auto email reply. Got a personal email message on the Saturday and when payment fully processed, the delivery date was confirmed on the Monday.
Delivery was free as i was ordering over 100 blocks and was made by a local big name builders merchants on Wednesday as promised at a price I would never have negotiated myself, and blocks craned onto the drive in rapid time- all by lunchtime.
So if you can wait around 3 working days for materials, or possibly quicker - just going by my experience, this is a company worth giving a go. Customer service and regularity of email updates was decent, in my experience- vital if you are in the middle of a project and worry when you will take delivery.
Good job , guys. Will use you again.
