Be warned, the 24 hour delivery option is not as stated. Clearly states the order will be dispatched for 24 hour delivery if ordered before 12 noon, Monday to Friday. This is not applicable on a Friday. Ordered before 12 noon and paid the £12.99 fee for the service only to be told my order will arrive on Monday. No offer of refunding postage fee just told by customer service, delivery is business days only. Website needs to be updated to Mon -Thur before noon! Very disappointing service.

Delivery was prompt and product and was ok but the recipient didn’t get the card with whom it was to or importantly from, causing some confusion.

The conmmunication and service was first class, even when I realised there was a mistake on my order, one quick email and they had it sorted! Would highly highly recommend.

Fantastic service. The muslins that I had were not in stock so I received a phone call to explain this and that they weren't sure when they would be back in stock. I was offered an alternative or a refund. Laura was really helpful.

Excellent customer service and lovely baby hampers. A slight blip with my order was rectified very promptly with no fuss and a lot of care and a beautiful baby hamper was delivered to my daughter.
Would definitely recommend as a baby gift for a new mum.

Significant hassle dealing with this company, ordered to Ireland and paid 24euro for shipping, first ordered lost in customs and I had go chase constantly for responses, when they eventually responded they claim to have sent another order but gave incorrect tracking details and won’t respond further. Please Do not order from these if outside the UK as they cannot appear to manage deliveries - it’s not worth the expense (quite significant to the customer) or the hassle of trying to tack down your parcel.

Highly recommend! Recipient absolutely thrilled to receive today a gorgeous hamper to celebrate baby girls birth. The hamper itself is so thoughtfully packed and very pretty. With a little wishing bracelet included. I honestly can’t recommend enough.

Have bought gift baskets from Bumbles and Boo before. The baskets and items enclosed are great quality and nicely arranged.
The range of different gift baskets has grown and theres something for everyone.

Order dispatched efficiently and well packaged.
I was disappointed with the perfume in that it did not smell as warm and fragrant as the Fleur Noir I had tried in a shop. You can hardly tell I’m wearing perfume, which is odd because Fleur Noir is particularly fragrant. I wonder if my bottle was possibly old stock??
