Products on shelf’s with no price

Products on shelf’s in wrong spot wrong price this is frustrating especially waiting in line on checkout and to find out the prices is more than what the ticket said on the shelf.
Plenty of staff no one is sorting these issues
Bunnings Northam
Went into Bunnings Northam today and was served by a guy in the trade shed (young, black hair, name starting with N). He was loading the sandbags into the ute and left after putting 3 in. Said another staff member wanted something. They waited outside the trade shed until we had finished putting them in the ute and then came back in smirking because in my opinion he didn't want to load them into the ute. They put the other 3 boards in and walked off laughing. I now have a sore back as they were too heavy to lift by myself and my brother who's disabled and was trying to help using just one hand. They walked off laughing as we drove off. The other staff member has ginger hair. Even if the other staff had of wanted help, he should have finished serving me first as l had already paid and I was first in line. You don't just walk off because you don't want to do your job. Absolutely disgusting service.

Sarah at Arundel gets my 5 star review for her over and above customer service.... she came to my assistance getting 3 x 50L bags of soil on to my trolley, wheeling it to the checkout and then to my car and loading into the boot. So impressive, thank you Sarah
A mixed bag…
Generally good but the amount of times I go to buy something and it’s out of stock locally is annoying
An item I have purchased was supposed to be delivered …
An item I have purchased was supposed to be delivered today. They said it was to be delivered between the times of 7am to 7pm. They have just called me to tell me they can’t deliver the item and might be able to 2moro, which doesn’t suit me because the concreting that I’m getting done 2moro requires the item so they can position it and form it up correctly. Now my concreting will have to be delayed because of this.
Not happy especially after notifying me at 3pm today. I have wasted my entire day waiting on this item.
Very poor service and recommend you go elsewhere.👎

Great for both in store shopping and delivery. Has everything. Much more than a hardware shop. Always arrives fast.
I bought two skylights a week ago
I bought two skylights a week ago. I got an order confirmation for one but have heard nothing about the other one. I have sent multiple emails to customersupport,bunnings.com.au. over the entire week about them but had no reply. I tried the online chat. One time I had to wait for an sms that never arrived. The second time I chatted with Bunnings Virtual Assistant Transferring you to a Team Member who will be able to assist you...
3/13/2026 02:25:09 PM Karina Hi, I have two orders to pick up. This one and W....... I am planning to drive to Burnie and pick them both up on Wednesday.
3/13/2026 02:26:25 PM Matthew No problem. I'll make a note on the orders to let the team at Burnie know.
3/13/2026 02:27:59 PM Karina Thank you. Have a nice day
I contacted the sms today to say I wanted to pick them up tomorrow (tuesday) instead. I got an sms saying to ring them. When I rang them I spoke to Phil who didnt know anything about anything. I then got handballed to Matt who also didnt know anything and then proclaimed the reason I had to call them was to remind me to pick them up. I told him about the multiple emails to customersupport.bunnings.com.au and got blank replies in response. I then told him I was coming to pick them both up tomorrow. Now it seems they havent even ordered them. It has been a week. Matt then tried to tell me I ordered one on the weekend. I ordered them both last week. I dont need somebody who doesnt know anything about anything telling me when I placed the orders. They were both ordered on the 10th of March 2026. Apparently I have to wait for a call tomorrow to find out what is happening. Why? I have been chasing these orders up for a week and nobody has contacted me. I told him I was going to make a complaint. I looked online and complaints are made to customersupport.bunnings.com.au. One can only imagine how successful that process is going to be. I havent even had a reply from them for the emails I sent last week. It is as if Bunnings goes out of their way to provide even worse customer service every time I interact with them. NOTE - they took the money out of my account promptly.

Furthermore, Matt also had the imprudence to tell me the reason nobody knows anything is because I rang out of hours. I rang when the SMS told me to ring. I have been following this up for a week. Matt needs to start taking some responsibility and stop trying to tell me when I placed orders and how everything is my fault. I placed both these orders on the 10th of March and do not appreciate his blame-shifting antics when I contact Bunnings a week later.
Bad customer service
Today is Sunday, but it could be any day. We have attempted to ring all three Bunnings stores here in Canberra but staff refuse to answer their phones. Very frustrating. Huge company profits but little or no customer service by Bunnings.
Made a purchase late yesterday
Made a purchase late yesterday, online with a gift card. Was for a Makita drill which is on special for only another 6 days and while stocks last. Website says low stock. Also paid for a Makita hedge trimmer. After purchase, said THANK YOU FOR ORDER. WHICH GENERALLY MEANS, payment has been made. 24 hrs later still no confirmation so ring store. No order on their records, nor with customer service. So thinking I had made a mistake, went to buy items online again, but no, Gift card is $441 short, which was paid yesterday. Have now been told it could take days for money to be reimbursed into gift card. Asked can we pay for items before missing out on sale item and then Bunnings reimburse into our account not gift card. NO, that can't be done either. Conclusion,.... after a number of phone calls, cannot even be told how long it will take to get a reply on exact time frame for money to be put back into gift card. And girl was annoyed because I wanted that answer. Asked could that store hold those items till Bunnings decide to reimburse our gift card, NO,.... that can't be done either. Christ Bunnings, not much you want to help with when your site is at fault. Bunnings, you have left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Poor after payment & delivery service.
Ordered a very simply laundry with great customer service. After care however has been absolutely atrocious. Took 7 days for me to be able to just organise delivery, took 1 visit in, 5 phone calls with no one replying or answers the phone in the store, & an ignored email. When they finally delivered (taking the day off work as it was raining badly & didnt want items left out in the rain), it was missing 2 items & one cupboard piece came in the wrong colour. Went in store once again & addressed it, was told it would be delivered the next day. It wasn’t, was sent a message of a ‘attempt delivery’ which was photos of not our items on a truck in a Bunnings store~ not at our house. My husband was home (took day off AGAIN) & it was not even attempted at our home. Pure lie. So I went in store yet again today to sort it out to be told 2 items will be delivered tomorrow (still no text from delivery company) & the wrong colour cupboard item will go as a ‘special order’ & take ANOTHER 2 damn weeks to arrive. So this 2-3 week laundry could now be close to 7 weeks.
We have cancelled our trades twice now, taken 2 days off work & still no completed order. And honestly each time I speak to someone they have barely been apologetic AT ALL. Bunnings were great to start with, got our payment & now do not care at all. This has been an incredibly terrible service, only wish we had gone with another company. Certainly not using Bunnings Burleigh again for something like this ever again.
Melville Bunnings
Special order placed. Delivery time 10-14 days. Month later we are told it may be sent this week but will take another couple of weeks to get here.
bunnings advertises a special orders, but has not got this at my local store - coffs harbour.
bunnings advertises a special orders section where you can order a product and have a tradesman install it. i have tried them twice, once instore and the other on the phone.
both times they told me that there was not a tradesman available.
now they tell me that coffs harbour is too small a branch to offer this facility which is total bull. there are plenty of tradesmen available here.
why do i not get my own you ask. well i am 83yo and this task is beyond me and i am willing to pay..
to top it off i was sent to four different departments before getting the right on.
most of the products are not in stock or can't be found when you go in to collect.
all in all not good enough.
Bunnings price match and customer…
Bunnings price match and customer support is non existent. customer support @bunnings.com.au doesn't have a URL but takes you to an 1800 number (30 minute wait) there is no option to make a special order with the price match guarantee, as Bunnings promises. It's all smoke and mirrors. Or useless as tits on a bull.
kit & kaboodle kitchen
I ordered a kit & kaboodle kitchen through bunnings and paid for them to come and measure to make sure it all went smoothly. When the delivery arrived i noticed the benchtops were nowhere near the right sizes, one cabinet was much smaller than the others and there were no instructions.
I put the kitchen together (leaving the benchtops) and also realised that there was an odd gap between the top of the cabinet doors and where the benchtop would sit, some of the cabinet doors did not sit well on the cabinets with the hinges provided and kickbacks were nearly 15mm too tall. I contacted bunnings and spoke to a lovely lady who screamed at me for measuring everything incorrectly then ‘whinging’ for them to fix it. After explaining that a bunnings staff member did all the measurements, the lady agreed to send someone out to re-measure and re-cut the benchtops but refused to acknowledge any of the other issues with the kitchen.
I feel that if bunnings offers a paid measuring service, then it is not too much to expect that the kitchen is going to fit together properly. I contacted them a couple of times more and everytime I was met with hostility from the staff member. Really poor customer service that made the already not great experience, terrible. I would avoid kit & kaboodle and especially bunnings woodville.
Stop whinging about dogs.
Bunnings is generally pretty good and I can almost always find someone to help.
They are also extremely good with refunding if the things doesn't meet with expectations or is bust.
I get fed up with the whinging gits who complain about dogs being allowed: they cause far less problems than the whinging gits who probably have first on their feet and f a r t when they walk by.
Ban them rather than dogs.
I bought an Earls so called rotten wood sealer two days ago. Doesn't work for my rotten wood: brother's did work fine. I'm taking it back tomorrow: threw away the receipt stupidly but I bet they'll refund.
Snooks to all you complainers.
Here we go again! No stock!!
Here we go again!! Mittagong Bunnings do not have stock of the item I went in for...Ozito mini plunge saw!! What?? Isn't that what procurement personnel are employed for...to pre-empt stock needs through trends and purchase BEFORE they run out??? This is my secon trip this week to Bunnings Mittagong and on both occasions, I have not come out with the three items I went in for, due to items being OUT OF STOCK!!!
When are we going to see some competition for Bunnings??
Baldivis store in WA - wonderful service!
I was compelled to write this as there’s not enough positivity about great service. The two young fellas in your paint department in Baldivis are polite, helpful, know their products couldn’t praise their service high enough. Really I couldn’t give them enough credit! Such an asset to your Baldivis store!
Attended Bunnings Maribyrnong today in…
Attended Bunnings Maribyrnong today in the plant department. Micheal and other staff at the registers made me feel like my questions were irrelevant. I have no knowledge of plants and required expertise advice which I asked numerous times with reluctancy from the staff. No enthusiasm, no motivation. One day Bunnings may go out of business with this type of very poor customer service. Disgusting treatment from staff - who have no basic human decency and unprofessional, especially that I caught them judging me behind my back.
"In stock" but not found
I have been twice recently to Bunnings Box Hill South in search of an item. I was told it was in stock but no-one could find it. On the last trip, I was told by four different staff that it was in stock and in three different locations. I walked up and down withoiut success. Eventually one of the staff admitted he couldn't find it. This happened on a previous visit with another product. I am sick to death of wasting my time when no-one knows where anything is. I am also frustrated that on a Saturday morning they only have one checkout open (with a long queue) and all the self-checkouts closed. Not acceptable!
The website is disappointing
Trade website is disappointing, huge company like Bunnings should do better. So many tradies would like to use it, but what is the point if it's quicker go to the store.
