Sangeetha was excellent, she had to put me on hold whilst she liaised with colleagues to resolve my query, however she kept me updated throughout and resolved the query very quickly.

Professional and friendly when you get through
Once I got through (over 13 mins) I spoke with Martine who was very helpful. She dealt with my issue in a professional way and always explained what she was doing if she had to put me on hold.
