I have been dealing with emails back…
I have been dealing with emails back and forth and got no where, i called and spoke to someone and was put on hod for 40mins with no communication, then i called back and spoke with Dorcy who resolved the issue very professionally and was the most helpful person i had spoken with at Business Stream. The five stars are for dorcy.

Maria was very helpful. I requested 3 different things. I was hesitated at first thinking it will be a very long phone call because what I was requesting wasn’t easy and they were time consuming. If I could give zero stars that would be it. They have been charging me double any other provider for six years and would not give any explanation other than ,well prices have gone up’ when my bill doubled. They are bigger thieves than Peter Morrell, Anyway I have left them quicker than Scotland left the 2026 World Cup

Incredibly hard to work with
Incredibly hard to work with. They have made an error on our account 2 years ago. I am still chasing them to correct the issue. Even logging a complaint did not help. They just stating the fact that this has been done on our account and ignore any request to rectify the issue.
