Knowledgeable staff with a passion for great wines. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and now the online delivery service makes it even easier to buy exciting wines that I just don’t find anywhere else.

Effortless efficiency - everything worked as it should and the communication from Butlers was first class.

I can’t remember the delivery charge but it did turn up on the expected date.

Was looking for a particular wine that is not available in supermarkets and found it here. Price was good, as was delivery and very robust packaging etc. Will use Butlers Wine Cellars again I am sure!

Struggled to find the Orgo Saperavi 2018 anywhere. I think I pinched your last case. Very speedy despatch. Thank you. I'll be back possibly even in person when we're all allowed out. I could really do with a browse and a proper natter.

delivery was much earlier than expected (thanks Butlers!) and the bottles are neatly wrapped, which is perfect because I bought one as a gift for my father. I have been meaning to buy one from the Blank Bottle series before. The wines sound interesting and I particularly like the Brighton-inspired labels. I shall look forward to trying this one soon

I was pleased to find some special wines here without having to buy by the case. They were sent promptly in fully recyclable cardboard packaging- as you would expect from a shop in Brighton!- and arrived in perfect condition.

My request for a note to be included in the delivery received an immediate positive and cheerful response and the wine was delivered on time with the note included, exactly as per my request. I couldn’t ask for more.
