It came quickly but I think £9 delivery is a lot when you are spending £60+. I don’t think I would use again because of this.

My first online shop with Butler's and it was delivered within an hour! What a pick me up on an otherwise miserable summer’s day. I’d like to say that the fabulous selection of Portuguese wines made me feel like I was there. Sadly they didn’t but they certainly made me wish I were. So far, I’ve been delighted with every cork I’ve pulled.

Ordered a mixed six case which arrived on time. Upon discovering one of the wines was different to that ordered I got in touch and they were both apologetic and had the replacement bottle to me in 24 Hours, without wanting the other back. You can judge an organisation when things go a little wrong and Butlers were fantastic.

Really prompt and friendly email communication when I enquired about an out of stock wine. Placed an online order once the wine was back in store, and order arrived the following day - really impressed, great service!

I used to visit Butlers Wine Cellar in person when I lived nearby, and get good advice from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've just recently tried the online option. The process was simple, speedy, and efficient. The mixed cases are great - thank you.
