I purchased a shoe and it was too small so after a few minutes that I have received it, I put it back properly and requested for exchange to a bigger size. I followed their process carefully and paid for shipping back to them and for the new shoes to be shipped out again to me. It was Christmas season so they made me wait until January. I received a notification, a photo as proof of delivery, and talked to the rider who delivered the package back to them and He was instructed to put the package in their big box designated for deliveries. their warehouse is claiming they have not received it even with pictures from the rider. I asked for the cctv to be reviewed but they did nothing but respond to say sorry they cannot do anything. I will complain to DTI about this because they rarely respond and I am very frustrated now it has been since December and now nothing, they have no accountability at all even if it's their warehouse personnel who are stealing the packages. Very bad customer service. Their website statement also clearly is obvious that there have been many problems about returned items. Wait for it Butterflytwists.ph. What you do to others finds its way back to you.

It’s a scam, don’t buy from them. Paid almost 100 euros for shoes and shipping that never happened. They never reply to messages, tried more times than I can count. I had to get the bank involved to get my money back and report them as fraud. Horrible experience, stay away! Btw last time I checked their “address” on google maps is stated as permanently closed.

I won some shoes 3 years ago, I barely wear them but they’ve started to peel away so I contacted them to find out if this was normal. Had a few responses back from them, then nothing.
Send them a follow up email and it bounced back, stating the domain doesn’t exist, even though I replied to an email they sent me.

I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a refund. I have had to chase them multiple times and the latest update is that my refund will take up to 14 business days to process because it it being ‘processed manually’.
Do not use this company - their customer service is a disgrace.

I made and order but the delivery didn’t successful. I tried to contact the company but I never get any action back. Bad services and cheat on customer!

I have not received the shoes I ordered over a months ago. I've sent 3 Emails they all reply with altomted message 'We aim to get back to you in a few days.'

I had two orders with this company,
first order brilliant, delivered to my current address, excellent quality
Second order, sent to my old address (unsure how this problem originated), Hermes have been trying to deliver to the wrong address during 14th September - 27th September
Hermes customer service will only take instructions from butterfly twists

Butterfly twists unresponsive and when they do reply tell me they have told Hermes the right address and deny shoes have been returned to them

I’m stuck in the middle - 2+ months from ordering and still no sign of the 2 x pairs of shoes I ordered

On the verge of raising a credit card dispute in an attempt to get my money back

There is no telephone number to call

Their address is a ‘holding address’ in London which is used by 209 Other companies (listed on companies houses)

This is my second pair of Butterfly Twists and just love them. My first pair I bought on holidays in Switzerland a few years ago and they are still going strong. My second pair, ordered online, arrived today in Perth, Australia a week after being ordered from the UK. Gigi in black are gorgeous. Very happy customer!

If you’re on the fence whether or not to order from this site .. I would definitely recommend to try it ( if you’re not in a rush ) I placed my order to be delivered in Spain ( took a bit over a week to get to me , but that’s fine) I emailed customer service on 2 separate occasions and the service was A+ (Stephia, if you’re reading this , you were very helpful)

About the flats
The quality is quite alright in relation to the price . Very cute designs and packaging. Would recommend you size up ( as per the instructions on the website ) .
The only con was that I couldn’t track my package properly as the link was not showing any progress .

All in all good buy and would definitely recommend and purchase again !

Still waiting on my shoes!!! I’ve been waiting since July 3rd and customer services are unresponsive!!!

I’m pretty sure a lot of these 5 star reviews are from friends and family as they are very generic. I wish I’d noticed that before I ordered!!!

I bought two pairs of shoes on 5th and 7th of July. I finally received them after 3-4 weeks. The shoes were nice. People should pay by PayPal to make sure they get the shoes or money back. And you will have to wait for the shoes long when ordering to other countries.

And tracking the parcel does not work.

I have somehow been added to their maling list with a -private email address I do not ever give out. Expect a data request very soon.

Their shoes aren’t made in the UK as someone has incorrectly stated in a previous review. I love the style of the shoes and have owned 6 pairs but sadly I won’t buy anymore now I know that they’re made in China.

I’m marking this company on customer service. Beyond sending a returns label, customer service didn’t bother to reply at all to my email saying the £10 socks I purchased from them to go with the shoes were useless as they showed up all around the edges of the shoes. When I pressed for an actual response to the issue I was told quite dismissively that it was probably due to my feet being wide or narrow (no, my feet are average!), that they’d had no other complaints, and I was free to return them so, pretty much, what was my problem. I was surprised at the lack of response to start with, but the tone of the email I got when I pushed it was pretty off, especially as they come across as a customer friendly company. Not in my experience.

Beautiful shoes... but hideously uncomfortable. I ordered UK size 8, and was sent a continental size 41. They felt tight, but wore them assuming they would ease. No such luck - they are just made too short for my feet. So I’ve looked up the sizing and 41 is UK 7-7.5. No wonder mine hurt! But I’ve worn them now, so can’t return these very expensive but no good flats.

Butterfly Twists are my go-to shoes during the years I could wear strappy shoes and stiletto sandals. The quality of the shoes and the made in the UK brand gave me confidence no matter where I was that I got a quality shoe. The ranges and designs are practical, wearable and fun.

Bought my first pair of Butterfly Twist shoes this week and am really happy with them. They are incredibly comfortable and the colour is gorgeous. They go with jeans, skirts and dresses and can be dressed up or dressed down. Really great shoes and will be ordering again for sure!

Was recommended by a friend to check out the brand when searching for Christmas gifts for the family. This is such a difficult task for a men to actually find something unique for ladies.

I got 3 pairs and all were delivered on time and put smiles on the faces of my wife, mother in law and sister in law. My wife even said she would like more pairs as they are so comfortable.

Bought 2 pairs for myself and one for my sister. Unfortunately, the shoes for my sister was too small. I returned them and was sent a replacement pair without fuss. I'm especially happy with the rose gold Holly ones - they were pretty enough wear when I took my heels off at a wedding and I'm sure they'll be lovely when the weather gets warmer. I'd advise ordering a size up, especially if you have wide feet. They're really comfortable.

Great products, very comfortable. Would order one size up.
