Awful. Returned the shoes as too small and not a true fitting to size. No refund. No response. Note if you want to return you will not get a refund !! Unless you go through paypal!

Do not buy from them. I bought a pair of shoes, retuned them immediately as they were very uncomfortable. I’ve emailed the company and tried to call them as I’ve still not received my refund. It’s kind of “company” make people afraid of shopping online. Do not shop with them.

Very poor customer service and impossible to contact.
Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. Shoes were sent after the date I needed them for and once opened were the wrong size and the wrong shoes in any case!
Sent back at my own expense.
The cost of the shoes was refunded but not the £5.95 next day delivery or the £3 return postage.
The helpline email doesn't work and there is no reply from their webform.

What a joke, paid for 2 pairs of shoes through this company and paid for guaranteed next day delivery, that was on the 6th August. It is now the 21st Aug and I have had no reply to any email or contact form and still no shows. The tracking states that the shipment has not been passed to Hermes and there is no number to call!!! Claiming my money back, this is not how to run a business!!

I returned a pair of shoes which did not fit and they have not issued my refund. I have discovered on Companies House website today that they are currently in administration. Feel very ripped off. They should have made this clear. I will be chasing for the debt.

I paid for next day delivery but the parcel was out for delivery 2 days later than it should. Subsequently Hermes sent the parcel back as I was on holiday. Since then no sign of the parcel, no money back, and they don’t respond to emails. There is no phone number. They deleted message on social media. An absolute scam and will be reporting them to the UK trading authority.

They could not fulfil my order on a pair of shoes at £45 so they gave me a £65 voucher. I particularly wanted the pair of shoes I ordered - so I asked for a refund. It was processed within 24 hours! Best customer service experience!

I placed an order on 8th June. I double checked the order details after a couple of weeks when I hadn’t received the order and realised I’d put the wrong house number. The householder returned the parcel to Hermes.
I have sent 5 emails to butterfly twist and not had a reply. There is no telephone number to contact them.
Hermes also don’t have a telephone number and their automated on line response tells you to contact the retailer!!
I appreciate the initial error is my fault but this would be do easily sorted if I could phone someone or they would reply to my emails

The company is a scam. They send you a terrible, poorly made pair of shoes that they know you will return at your own expense and then they will never issue you with a refund. They have their shoes and your money and they will not respond to any email and don’t provide a phone number. It’s just one massive con. I suspect any positive reviews you read are put there by the company to keep the scam going.

I ordered a pair of shoes and when I opened them they were not acceptable (soles on both shoes were unstuck). I sent images to Butterfly Twist and returned them using their returns label and have the recipt to prove posting. I have had no notification to confirm receipt so have repeatedly tried to email them asking for an update (no phone number provided). I also completed the online contact form on their website. I have received no reply and no credit has been sent to my bank.
