I had a pair of folding butterfly twists when they first came out, the looked fine but they were so handy for nights out when my feet started hurting. I recently got a new pair and honestly they have transformed and are the nicest flats I own. I bought the folding pointed toe blush pink sparkle ones and they are beautiful. They're made of a silky satin material that's so luxurious. These are everyday faves for me now.

I don't dare go anywhere without my Butterfly Twists in my purse at all times! They go with any outfit and immediately give my feet the relief they need from long days and fun nights. They are durable and comfortable which is not an easy combination in the foldable shoe category and on top of everything else they're timeless designs and color choices are never an eye sore.

Shoes that are super comfortable and stylish, these are my go-to pair whether I'm travelling, running about or changing from heels to these flats after a party. For someone who has flat feet most flats place a lot of pressure on the arch of my foot but these work like a charm! Highly recommended

I ordered two pairs of Butterfly Twists union jack shoes for my niece and sister-in-law; unfortunately the sizing wasn't right, and I had to return one pair . I have nothing but praise for the contact from their customer services department - friendly and prompt - and I have received a refund for the returned pair. I was surprised to see bad reviews from others when I logged in here to post my review, perhaps they have improved dramatically but my experience with them was very good.

Waste of my time and money
Ordered a pair of shoes, the transporter messed up the delivery address and the shoes never made it. This was on the 9/9//19 and after 3 attempts to contact the customer service via online form and 2 attempts via various e-mails I found on their website, I haven't heard anything from them.

Shocking. Ordered via FB using PayPal. I returned. They did not refund. Nor did they acknowledge emails via their web form.
In order to get a refund, I had to comment all over their pretty Facebook posts, report them to FB, report them to PayPal etc. Then, they broke GDPR by wanting to exchange sensitive information on their PUBLIC FB page and I was also contacted by a young woman via her personal Messenger page asking for details.... WOW!
Pretty sure they shouldn’t be anywhere near people’s private information and they certainly shouldn’t be authorised to take money via PayPal. Appalling and criminal.

Unable to contact the company and no response from them. Paid for next day delivery. They never turned up, so emailed to cancel order as was out the country for 2 weeks. They turned up 3 days later and they left them with my neighbor. I then had to pay the return postage as well. A total of approximately £14 on postage for items that were cancelled. No recompense from butterfly twists and no response to any correspondence.

I don’t trust companies who do not provide a phone number to call. The only way to contact them is through email. I sent back the shoes, which were way too small though normally I wear a size 7. I paid to return them signed for and tracked on 24/08. They received them and signed for the return on 27/08. No refund has been issued as of 09/09. No response to my email thus far. I now have to go through PayPal to get my refund. Do not trust this company.
