Ordered flooring and next day they phoned to say there would be a delay of 2 weeks however it came in a week. Kept informed of delivery details. Excellent service.

I ordered 3 rolls of underlay which came the next day. Unfortunately the wrong items were dispatched (hence 4 stars)..I rang up straight away and was told they would look into it..less than 10 minutes later they rangback to apologise and agreed the wrong items had been sent. I had ordered Thursday, it arrived Friday, returned Monday and the full refund in my bank on Tuesday. Apart from wrong items sent I think it was excellent customer service and would definitely have given 5stars. I would buy from again

I want to be as fair as possible, I would have given 5 stars as the 8Ft door trim was a good price at £12.72 and very good quality but the delivery charge of £20 just made it feel less so of a bargain, the item came in good time and was very well packaged so no complaints there, would I buy from them again yes.

Stuff arrived promptly, if a little under packaged when you consider the mauling it gets in transit. Other than that fine.

I had ordered some flooring and ancillaries from this store. One of the boxes that contained the glue was damaged in transit. The product was packaged really well, it just looked to have been treated roughly by the delivery company. I reported this to the store along with a couple of photos. The item was replaced and resent the same day and received the day after in perfect condition. I honestly couldn't fault the service i got and the speed of a resolution when I had an issue. I will be using them again.

Best underlay by far, worth the extra cost every time, best online price for 15sq metres I've found, and super fast delivery.

Complete rip off, both the pipe collars & the postage. It isn't clear that the collars are not laminate, they are sticky paper / card. Posted in an ordinary envelope which costs 66 - 85p! I was charged £8.50. Don't buy. Get proper wood or laminate collars. These won't last 5 minutes. I have yet to hear back from my complaint.

Having read the response I feel that B F O should have refunded the £8.50 postage I was charged. I was pleased to get my money for the collars back, but had to pay for signed for postage to be sure they arrived.

Underlay arrived quickly and was purchased at a good price. It is well packaged in original manufacturers packaging.

I was absolutely dreading levelling my floor, as it was un even, I had no clue what the first thing it was that I should do. Upon doing some research I came across Buy Flooring Online. Giving them a call was the best thing I could have done! I was literally given a crash course on what materials I should be using, and also what they do.
